After a brief run in with a group of gypsies, a radioactive midget bites you in the leg. The radiation disfigures your body into a grotesque figure with short arms, long legs, and a freakishly large head. To cover your shame you hide in the sewers where you become King of the Rats. The hero eventually catches up with you. You notice that he doesn't look like a complete freak and he doesn't care for rats. You charge after him in a fit of rage, he steps to the side, and you land face first in raw sewage.
