"Well, I'm just here helping with the party. I guess I can go whenever." Jet chuckled. Her idea did sound like fun and the party...well it hadn't really gotten as big of a crowd as they had thought.
Kaelia nodded. "Really? I wonder if the water helps it out?" It was interesting. She hadn't really ever wondered about her power so this was neat to talk about.,

Guardian_Iris Oh dear, oh dear...
This weather doesn't look too pleasant! The air has become thick and humid, the actual temperature has dropped several degrees, the wind is whipping trees and gardens, and the sky is pouring a river onto the ground below.
One of the disadvantages of living on a tropical paradise is tropical weather, as Pae'il are quickly beginning to learn. The slowly approaching monsoon has finally reached the shores of Sein Beach (and shortly thereafter the rest of the Isle), effectively ending all summer celebration. The marshes seem a little more expansive than usual under these wet conditions, and standing outside for only a minute can get a Pae'il absolutely soaked. Even the naiads in the water can feel the monsoon, the water shifting and the currents carrying much stronger than usual.
The winds are creating fantastically large waves on all the beaches, but those are only useful if one is willing to brave the disadvantages of the awful weather. Even Pae'il in tune with the water and winds might find trouble enjoying this monsoon.
This may be a good time to stay inside...---------------
That monsoon that loomed in the distance has finally arrived on the Isle, it seems.
Roleplays made in the main forum before this update are not effected by the change. All RPs within the Telrunya Isle forum, however, must immediately change to this weather. Also, all PRPs and ORPs made after this posting must follow this weather change.
Basically, the tropical paradise is getting shaken up a little. Have fun with this... even if the Pae'il won't necessarily be having as much fun. whee ((all old rp in here is closed unless you let me know you want it to continue. Just keep the above in mind as the bar is affected by the change.)) Being on the beach was for once not a good place to be. Hula Bob and his family had done their best to board up all windows and made sure the place was dry and safe.
The bar however did not close. Oh no. Hula bob wanted it to be open for anyone that needed a nice hot drink, a drink of a place to get away from the weather.

Hula Bob looked outside and saw the Monsoon was over. He was very happy as it was now Halloween and he wanted to through his annual party.
The demon unboarded the windows and doors and began to spooky-ify up the place. Lastly he put out his Halloween Menu before putting on his own costume of Hawaiian Elvis.
Jazz was there too and helped the demon with getting things ready. She hadn't gotten her costume picked out just yet. Maybe later on.
((Party is open. Feel free to post and have fun. If you want any of my Pae'il let me know and I'll toss them in!))
Drinks:
Blood Wine: Ewww...but if you’re a vampire, yummy!
Bloody Mary: The classic drink and scary mirror ghost.
Voodoo Mix: Yep, the same as it always is. Dizzy and Vale’s fave drink.
Witches Brew: Green, smelly and with a little eye of newt. What more could a witch want?
Hair of the Dog: Well, it's what you want the day after too much drinking...or maybe werewolves would want it?
Graveyard Punch: Brimstone, dirt and all that dead stuff.
Beetleghiest: Don't say that three times...unless you want undead company.
Food:
Spooky Spaghetti: Are those eyeballs or meatballs? I’ll never tell.
Devil's Food Cake: Sinfully delicious.
Franken-furters: Made with all the best dead pigs...humm like all hot dogs.
Cobweb Soup: Red soup with spider webs on top. Spider's delight.
Stake and Garlic: For every wantabe vampire slayer. Stay away vampires.
Mummy Cookies: Wrapped up just right.
Blood Popcorn: The red stuff all over popcorn...yum?
Tombstone Cake: Grey icing and red cake. RIP.
There are games set up. Bobbing for apples, limbo, pin the tail on the were pae, dancing, pumkin carving... and more.

Fi blinked, wandering her way into Hula Bob's tiki bar. She had been here recently. And she was even planning on asking him to that dance thing she had read about at the HQ buuut first she had to find him. The faun had been thinking about it all day so she wouldn't forget. It sounded like it was gonna be fun, so she wanted to ask him since he was a fun guy!
She wasn't dressed up, she didn't even know how at the moment. Giggling Fi opened the door and made her way in, only to gasp and point at Hula Bob. "Who are you and what did you do with Bob?!" She accused, thinking it was someone else. Phiona didn't know it was just a costume.

Hula Bob suppressed a chuckled and put on his best Elvis curled lip. "We-hell little lady, I'm just here taking his place for now. He's off doing something." Hula Bob tried a very painful accent to be Elvis. All the movies and things he had seen didn't help him out. "What can I get you for now?" Hula Bob handed her the new Halloween Menu with a smile. He would play Elvis for a moment before he let her in on it.

She blinked, looking up at the new guy. He talked really really funny. "Oh.. Sorry.." Fi blushed a little, rubbing her neck. She didn't mean to be mean if he was just covering for Hula Bob. The faun looked over the menu, only to giggle at some of the names. "Um.. What drink would you recommend?" She asked, not sure that any of them sounded appealing but wasn't going to say no. Try anything at least once.
Phiona wasn't hungry else she would have asked about a meal recommendation. The faun was having fun with the odd looking pae running around one of her favorite hangouts.

"Well, lemme see... for you Graveyeard Punch. It's nice, sweet and comes in nonalcoholic." Hula Bob didn't serve alcohol to anyone under age and so he thought this would be good.
Hula Bob turned around and began mixing the drink. "So, little hound dog, what are you for Halloween?" Once she told him the demon would let her in on who he was.

Graveyard punch? Well if the funny guy said it was good she wasn't gonna complain. But what was this halloween he spoke of? "Wassat?" She asked, curiously. Meaning the holiday she had never heard of before, and most likely would need to be reminded of in a year.
The faun looked up at him, not wearing anything special, just her usual skirt and coconut bra.

Hula Bob continued to mix the drink as he listened to Fi. "Really? Well, Halloween is the holiday of witches, ghost and other monsters. On the day of Halloween it's when the monsters can roam freely. We wear costumes to hide from them. It is very awesome and fun!" He explained and lost his 'Elvis accent'

Fi blinked, this guy sounded like Hula Bob now! Something had to be going on here. "Costumes to hide from monsters?" She tilted her head, wondering what on earth he was talking about. She had never heard of something like that!
"And I was just gonna put on a dress for that dance thingy.." She mumbled, now wondering if it was the wrong choice.

Hula bob smiled. "Yep, so dress in something you wouldn't normally...okay well I didn't do that did I?" Hula bob was dressed as Hawaiian Elvis, that wasn't much different from his normal every day stuff. "It's Hula Bob by the way." He said as he winked and handed her the drink. Dance? He hadn't heard about that.

"It's you?" She asked, awed he looked so different. Talk about gullible. Phiona giggled, looking up at him. How did he not hear of the dance?
"Oh yeah, there was some paper posted at the big building thingy that said there was a dance on halloweeny.." The female smiled, gaze on him now. "I was wondering if you'd maybe go with me." Her confidence was ebbing at the end of her words, it was clear as her voice had gone from normal to very quiet in a short amount of time. She was blushing, almost embarrassed that she had asked him, but it sounded more like it was a fun event than anything and he was a fun guy. Why not right?

Hula Bob smiled. He had done a good job then. He didn't think anyone would not know who he was. That was pretty good for him!
The demon nodded as he listened. A dance? Oh, but where would it be? "Ah, where is the awesome dance?" He couldn't go if it were off his beach. Even if it was tempting.

She blinked, not knowing where the dance was in all honesty. "Um.. I dunno?" Fi offered, looking up at him still. The faun wasn't exactly the brightest one in the bunch. But hey, she had remembered to ask him..
She tried to remember where it was, the location was slipping her mind. She was really forgetful sometimes, and this just happened to be the worst thing to have forgotten.. Oh that's right! It was by the scary place! "The scary forest place! It's near there I think.." She was quite pleased with herself, being able to remember something with only minimal prompting.
