Tinania couldn't help but chuckle when she saw his reaction. Feeling his hand squeeze her own, she pulls back only to rest her head on his chest again. She was glad he asked her, she was scared she might have had to ask him if he hadn't soon. Watching the movie again, she keeps one hand holding his while the other rest on his leg. Yawning, she shakes her head trying to fight back the sleep that seem to be creeping up on her.

As she settled in once again, he shared in her relief that the tension that had been on the air seemed to have dissipated. He still didn't really understand the draw he felt, but it was nice to know that whatever it was, it was mutual.
His arm replaced itself about her shoulders as he returned his eyes to the movie, though he was not watching it. His brain was a jumble of thoughts at the moment.

Tinania didn't get to watch the rest of the movie, as she got comfortable it wasn't to long before she fell asleep. Her face pretty much hidden by her blond locks. Wings move slowly as she takes a few deep breaths. Her fingers move slowly on his leg before settling once again. It had been a very long day, and even she was just out of it.
Seiji yawns in his sleep before rolling onto his side. Lifting his hand, he stuck his thumb into his mouth as he continues to sleep. His tail smacks the ground a few times before growing quiet once again.

As Zhane watched Zak and Crysta frolic in an underwater cavern to the tune of a wistful song about a dream worth keeping, he smiled and then looked to Nani, only to find that she was sound asleep against him. He suppposed it shouldn't have come entirely as a surprise...she HAD said it had been a long day and she had gone out immediately after getting home.
His eyes flicked momentarily to Seiji who was still resting on his blankets and he debated waking her. She'd probably want to get back home to sleep in her own bed and put Seiji down properly for the night in his.
The idea of disturbing her, however, didn't sit well with him as he watched the steady rise and fall of her side, and the way her wings listed now and again on her back. She looked entirely at peace.
At length, he leaned down a bit to plant a kiss on the top of her head before returning his gaze to the screen, absently grabbing for one of the couch throw pillows to prop under his back to make himself more comfortable. When the movie was over, he promised himself, he'd wake her up and let her get home.
Somewhere between adhering to this plan, and the final battle for Fern Gully against the onsetting pollution, however, sleep claimed another victim.
