Syd shivered as his back was touched, though this was entirely different from the cold. His tail swished about and he kissed Calum, smirking as he pulled back.

Calum raised an eyebrow while eying the smirk. His tail flicked as his thumbs began to stroke back and forth over Syd's lower back.

He shuddered again, leaning against Calum and lightly kissing his neck, his hands resting on Calum's chest.

Calum tilted his head to give Syd better access to his neck. A sigh of contentment flew from his mouth, a hand sliding to trail his fingers along Syd's spine.

He kissed up and down Calum's neck, peppering it lightly and affectionatly, until he finally he kissed up to the other male's lips, his hands sliding down from Calum's chest and down, sliding under the hem of his shirt and resting on his stomach.

Calum's body shook with a shiver as he leaned into the touch. He nibbled at Syd's bottom lip then laved it with his tongue before pulling back.

Syd winced happily as his lip was nibbled at, and he looked at Calum as he pulled away, his hands resting on his lower torso.

Calum's hands slid out from under Syd's shirt and came to rests on the male's hips. "Want to take this to the other blanket?"

Syd's gaze slid over to the other blanket as his hands slid out from Calum's shirt, and he nodded, his gaze moving to Calum's eyes, "I love your eyes, my dear...they're splendid."

"My eyes?" Calum blinked at the compliment, his cheeks turning a light pink. But since the light from the fire already gave his face a reddish tinge, it wasn't noticeable. He stared back into Syd's eyes and smiled. "Thanks, though they are nothing compared to yours."

He nodded, grabbing Calum's hand and tugging him back to the other blanket before sitting down. "Really? No...it can't be, your's are the loveliest I've seen..."

Calun sat down next to Syd while shaking his head. He lifted a hand to cup Syd's cheek, his thumb stroking over Syd's lips. "Eyes of the darkest blue that reflect all that shines around them. No, my eyes can not compete with that."

Syd shuddered as his lip was stroked, "Oh..." He shook his head, "No, my eyes are dark, you can only tell the colour, but if anythings there...no, you can't tell. I look into the mirror and look into my eyes and see the world crashing down under it's own weight..." He smiled, "Though your eyes...they're bright, they've got a lot more going for them...mine, are young yet ready to retire in the most violent of ways. Your eyes make me much happier, love." He sighed, done with his metaphorical shpeal, and kissed Calum lovingly upon the lips.

Another protest rose up but was silenced by the kiss. It was almost instinct for Calum's arms to come up and wrap around Syd's neck as he sunk into the kiss.

A sigh emitted from Syd as his kiss deepened, adding a little passion to it as his tongue 'accidently' ran itself over Calum's lips.
