zphal_girl87 Shirou - The White Demon I don't want to quote but I believe that one of the problems is that the mods can't function as one singled opinion judge, therefore the mods that partially agree with Jeyal will eventually disagree the ones that don't, weakening the mod entity. Now, why is this possible? Could it be that mods dont expose their doubts about the WN organization in time so they find themselves arguing over a minor matter? I think there are mistakes about how WN is handled, but then again, it is not a democracy, but if a single person is able to create such debate and even got people on her side I believe problems are getting out of hands, and that is then when either mods unify to solve them or they start fighting for power and popularity.... I might been wrong but I wanted to say it so there it is. Pshaw. You've already quit and come back once. Quit stirring things up again. Now who's talking "conspiracy theories"? "OMG, Why Not? is going to collapse! Quick everyone bail into the Suites and Polls Galore, cuz they're sooooooo much better!!"
That was unnecesary to said.
And that was one of the things that made me quit that some times not every time, but there is people that instead of simply saying "you are wrong because of this and that" cant find anything better than insult someone.
That said I retire myself to my humble harem were I hope this type of thing wont happen, oh and yeah lesson learned I wont say that WN has problems, for now on everything si perfect here.

Shriou: Don't cause trouble. We don't want it. Pippa: We don't have the manpower to move every thread that can be in a subforum. If we had 100 mods, maybe, but I know Z wouldn't trust that many. Also, Z hit it on the nose in that some spam threads generate a high number of posts. If it's in a subforum, less people would see it, and we wouldn't have as many posts. More posts = greater chance at #1.

There's only one of me, and I probably only index, what, 2% of a day's threads? Definitely less than 1% of the entire CIF). But, for me, that's half of the fun of this guild - there's no strict policy. As long as we're all sensible, we get along just fine, for the main part. The other thing to consider is just how boring the CIF would be if every little thing was sorted into subforums. I mean, we'd each have to browse every subforum even if we only wanted a little light reading, whereas I love the fact that there's always something to attract my attention on the first page of the CIF. Compartmentalising the guild would just leave it sterile and inactive. Now, can we please just let this drop?

I think I'd honestly like to see this locked. Z + Crew, I'm honestly bothered that you are all repeating yourselves and one anther like this. They (select few) are not even trying to understand, and frankly there's not much you can do for people like that.
That's all I want to say. And I suppose if someone bellyaches refer them to the great WN manual, its the one with the exclaim at the top of CIF. ;3

Man, this certainly took off.
Is it "important spam" yet?
If one is not allowed to question the actions taken upon me, intelligently, you do the entire guild a disservice.
All I believe in is accountability. I will ask for justification when I feel slighted. I will ask for clarification when things are unclear. And I should have the right to open dispute of policies that allegedly apply to everyone.
