Wrath snapped at the air, hazes of black dodging his mouth. The shadows were appearing to him. He smiled, secretively. “It depends who crosses me.”
Xan tossed a side glance at Doro. “And my question to you is… why are you?”

He blushed slightly, and averted his gaze from Raum's. "The ninja of Mimiteh must defend his homeland at all costs; throw aside all inner emotions and fight," Doro recited, his voice nothing but an angry mumble. He muttered even quieter, barely audible by those around him, "Do not hesitate to kill."

Avenger simply nodded at Doro. "with hesitation brings weakness and vulnerability. One must strike without fear or hesitation, or they will surely die..." he said solemly. His pets simply sat there, still very uneasy about Wrath.

Doro glared at the ground, his face growing hot with anger. He didn't dare say anything, or look up. It seethed inside him. Who was this man to say that it was alright to slaughter?! Would it be still "alright" to him if it were Rishmans killing Mimitehns? The more Doro thought about him, the angrier and more filled with hate he got.

Wrath watched the young bat seeth with rage. He stretched lazily. "Well, it doesn't matter in my mind. Why should I care?" He nudged Xan with his nose. "Well, cousin, what do you suggest I do?"
Xan was disturbed by this. Was this really what the Mimitans were being trained to do? Rishmans, so far, had nothing of the sort, though he knew some fighters that were stongly opinioned about the war... none, wanted to kill. "Find Safina for me. I have something to address with her."
Wrath squared his shoulders, liking the task because it would take him away from this dreary group. "Very well? Anything else."
"Nothing. Make haste; god speed."

Doro looked up when Xan spoke. He rubbed his eyes, making sure that absolutely no one saw the hot, angry tears that had welled up. He looked at the two having their conversation, wondering what Xan was so concerned about. He suddenly felt much lighter once Wrath left.
[by NO ONE, I mean no one! This INCLUDES you, Avenger!]
[Mel's edit: It was Xan that was talking. Funny though, because i contemplating using Raum... but that's Kayra's territory. i won't step that far into her zone. Wrath is just about my limit X3]

Xan sighed, delicately. Even the forest was under pressure, the truce coming apart at the seams. All because of people that seemed to want to undo it. Weren't they all the same, once? All these humans just seemed to be concerned with the present.
Fayt tried to shoulder this precarious situation. He then fell into a troubling fact. "Despite the fact that Raum and all of them are here strangely, how the heck did YOU get here Avenger? You can't fly, and you have a huge RED dragon with you. How did you get from your home to ours, without be immediately attacked?"

(hey. I'm not going to godmode! lol. when you say NO ONE I know not to go there. I'm not out to anger people and cheat lol.)
Avenger sat down and closed his eyes calmly as he was addressed, though he had a sly smile hidden behind his mask. "simple enough. I just had to make a bit of a...distraction." he said, though it could be seen as more than a distraction. "and Ravelt wasn't so hard to get across. he's faster than he looks." he said with a sigh. "though if I really wanted to I could likely have used Venix to teleport us here, but I'm not sure i he could bring all of us here yet, so I just...walked."
Venix hopped off Ravelt and walked up to Xan, pawing at him gently. "wow...you're tall!" he said happily. It could have been seemed as out of character for someone liek avenger to have a pet like Venix.

Fayt stood up with a start. "Attempting to use Venix to cross all the way from Mimiteh carrying all of you would have easily killed him," his fur bristled as he spoke. "He can't travel over a city or two yet, much less with dead weights. You'd fry his spirit power into nothing. He'd be turned into a potato!"
Xan whacked him with a glare. "Easy." He lowered himself down to the young spirit fox's level and smiled. "Hello, youngster. Don't worry. There will be a time where you're 'tall' as well. With gray wings as well. Flying."

Avenger nodded simply. "I had expected something like that. that is why I decided not to attempt it." he said as if it were obvious.
Venix's eyes lit up. REALLY? I'll be ably to FLY? COOL!!!!" he yelled happily. he had a hard time believing such a thing, but he was excited. "When? how soon?" he pressed, thinking that maybe he knew.

The lean fox inspected the fox. "6 weeks, give or take." He smiled, spreading his wings. They stretched across the clearing, and yet, they were still slightly folded. From his age and abilities as a guardian, his wingspand had grown tremendously. "One day, you may have bigger wings than mine. You never know."

Doro giggled at the conversation between Venix and Xan. Despite everything, he was beginning to take a liking to the young spirit fox. Something about his playful, almost innocent nature... He couldn't believe that just a little while ago Venix had been bristled up, fierce and threatening. Now he bounced happily in place, fluttering his small wings.

Venix laughed more. "AWESOME! I can't wait!" he yelled happily and he jumped around, his tiny wings fluttering as he jumped.
Kratos heard Venix and ran over to him, tackling him playfully. the two then proceeded to play, tackling each other with force, but not enough to hurt.

Doro smiled at the two and backed up towards a nearby tree. Hopping up into one of the branches, he smiled again.
"Whatcha doin'?" Rithey piped, startling Doro and almost knocking him off the tree. She grinned her silly, big grin as he struggled back up.
"What the-?! How'd you get here, Rithey?!" Doro sputtered, bewildered and still a bit stunned from here jolting appearance.
"Hmm? Mom brought me!" She told him in her loud, sing-songy voice. "She said I'm not old enough to stay home alone~"
By now everyone in the clearing was staring up at the tree, and all the noise coming from it. Falina put a hand to her forehead and muttered something.

Venix stopped briefly, along with Kratos to look at th enew arrival. Then he decided it wasn't so interesting and tackled kratos again. "Hey!" he said happily. "I'm going to win now! I got bigger!"
Kratos shook his head. "no way! I'll never lose!" he yelled enthusiasticaly and tackled Venix back
Avenger sighed. he didn't want to stop the two, so he tried to ignore them. Instead he looked up at the new arrival curiously.
