The man shouted, "Do you know who I am.... I am Lord Henry Vampain." Vincent was startled, "Is your family related to a Nora Vampain?" ".....Yes my ancestor who founded the Vampain Noble Family, she gained the wealth from her psychotic mercenary son Vincent .... wait! how do you know Nora?" Vincent looked at Kanna, "Don't worry I'm leaving them be."

Kianne sighed. " old lives always come to haunt you." she wispered. Poor Vincent I wonder what past has come back to haunt him Kianne rolled over in the grass and the movement stirred up the smell of the night flowers and also stirred up some painful memories. Kianne sighed again. "They will always come back to haunt you."

Vincent smiled, "Sorry for the trouble my Lord." The man laughs, "Ha believe me you will be sorry for this....... GUARDS!!!!!!" Vincent laughs, "If you are of Vampain blood then you wouldn't be such a worm." The man pulls out a dagger and sprints toward Vincent, "DIE!!!!." Just as the dagger touches Vincent he turns into a flock of bats. "Hahahahahaha." The man runs leaving his wife. Vincent appears behind her. "Boo." A scream pierces the night. Vincent returns to the cave laughing.

Ariph saw that the man had tried to kill Vincent. She knew that Scath would have probably broken his arms or something like that if she were here. anna's eyes had went to their bloody red with slits for pupil. That scared the humans and they started running.

The whole time the Vampain thing had been going on Leon had been watching from the sideline. He was relieved Vicent had spared the two. For more than one reason. After they had fled in terror he stepped out from his hiding place. "So. What do you think of this plan of action? I mean the part about destroying the village this spring?" He asked looking over his shoulder to make sure the two humans were safe. After all even if he was a vampire, thats what family did.

"Even if they are of my name they are not of my bloodline." Vincent turned around looking at Leon. "The bloodline ended with me, that bloodline would be Nora's stepson, they just changed their name to inherit the fortune." Vincent smiled sinisterly, "That makes them cattle, giving us a reason to attack and take over the Vampain Castle on the mountain."

In the dark Kianne listened to their conversation amongst the trees. " Why! You are aren't you?" Kianne could not believe it. She stepped out of the shadows and began circling Leon trying to picture him human. " Oh my god!" She could not believe it! " No wonder your so hesitant as to take over the village." She reached out to console him knowing it must have been hard. " I can see it in your features but you are of kin to her aren't you? That Nora women. What is she to you?" He must have stayed with scath all this time watching his family perish but now it is worse for it could be his own hands that do it.

(sorry if you had plans with the Vampain people but as soon as a noble family was mentioned I was going to say I was one of them but now this could get interesting.)
Leon turned to Kianne. "Well sort of. I'm a relative of the Vampains." He said not telling the whole truth. Then he turned to Vincent again. He had no idea they were related. He had thought that Vincent was just named the same as the son of Nora. Leon himself was the nephew of Nora's husband but his parents were dead and he was thought to be dead too. But of course he kept that to himself. "So as I take it you are indeed the rightful heir of the Vampain castle, eh? Well then by that reason I am greatful to be fighting with one of such nobility." He said bowing slightly.

As Leon talked Kianne's sharp eyes watched his eyes and every gesture he made. She could tell that he was lieing but she did not say anything. " Oh well then pardon my mistake. I am sorry to intrude as kianne backed back into the shadows she kept her eyes on Leon the whole time, with a knowing smile on her lips. Only at the last minute did she glance towards vincent, before they were out of sight and she was flying through the trees.

Scath had been listening. "This may be to our advantage, we don't kill the village we take it over." she turned to Vincent. "If you wouldn't mind would you get me a map of the village?" she motioned Leon to send for every vampire that was loyal. "Kianne my dear, would you come with me?"

Scath led Kianne to a smaller cave nearby, hidden by a large boldure and a waterfall. "This is my personal cave. No other being knows of it." she smiled a small smile and went on. "I am showing it to you because i see great potential in you, and if by chance i fall you are to lead these numbskulls and take over the human race." she sat down on the rich furs and patted the spot next to her. "Come sit my dear I must teach you what I know, and believe me it will take more than just a few hours it will take days."

Ariph had been standing there in the shadows the whole time listening. She saw Scath take Kianne somewhere, but didn't follow. She came from the shadows.
