Roto had finished his shopping and was on his way back on his way back to the town gate. He turned his attention to Selene. "What was that you said?'

"Oh, I was just saying that there was a lot of confusion and worry before I left the Deku tree. Not everyone knew what was up. When we had the guts to ask, Some elders told all of us to join with someone, and if we couldn't, to hurry back. Have you heard, felt, or seen anything strange lately?" Heather was wondering what happened to the fairies without a person.

Roto continued down the path back to his house. "No, sorry. Being so far away from most other people, I really don't hear much or see much about whats going on in Hyrule. Maybe we can figure something out together!" he said with a smile on his face.

As happy as she was she couldn't smile. There was too much tension in the forest. "Ya, we could figure it out together. The last time it was like this, is when a dark magic rose again. I was too little to remember much though. Do you remember?" Selene was beginning to worry.

A grim look came to Roto's face. "Yes, when the Dark Prince tried to take Hyrule for himself but only years ago. I was young, but I still remember the tension you could feel. It was a sinister feeling. One that I never wish to feel again..."

"I"m not sure of the specifics, but it had to do with this man named Ganondorf. He tried to obtain a sacred power, referred to as the Golden Power, in order to rule all of Hyrule. He was sealed away in a sacred realm as far as I know. It was a dark time..."

Onora suddenly felt a little confused. She'd been a bit spacey, but that was no matter. She looked around to notice that she was all alone. "Wow! How did everyone manage to get away that fast?" She blinked and looked around. Spotting the nearest shadow, she walked right into it, disappearing. Part of being able to control the darkness around her included shadow-walking. She instantly popped out of a shadow wherever Green Link and that buzzy fairy of his was. "Miss me?" she asked loudly, frowning. "I seemed to have been misplaced."

"Lets go back toward where the others were Roto." She flew rather fast, but paused waiting for him to follow.

Roto stopped to turn and face the fairy. "But we have all this stuff. Shouldn't we stop to drop it off first? Oh, no bother, I'm sure we can take the bread and find a place to leave the non-perishables." He pushed aside some bushes and laid the hatchet and various other things down. "Alright, lets go!" and he followed Selene back to the group of strangers.

Selene flew to where Onora was. "Hey, we got bad news."Then she waited for Roto to catch up.
