She looked up at Abyss, blinking. "Isn't it...uncomfortable up there/" She tilted her head slightly.

"It's natural," He muttered, pressing his hand against the trunk. Then his ankles were free and he flipped to the ground next to Zach.

Ry rolled out her sleeping bag, snuggling into the blue bag, careful not to squish Bubu. "G'night," she murmured sleepily, yawning and closing her eyes, a peaceful and angelic smile on her face.

Zach watched her... all night. They didn't have to sleep, like regular mortals; the earth couldn't sleep, and neither could they.

It was probably around 3 AM, Ry having had kicked off the covering in her sleep. She started to shiver, whimpering some and her body twitching some in agitattion.

He pulled Ry onto his lap, forcing his body to warm up, holding her tightly, and being careful not to harm the onbu.

Ry sighed slowly in her sleep, her shivering having ceased. Her lips almost pouted in her sleep at whatever dream she was having, murmuring and unconsciously leaning against Zach and his warmth.

Bubu peeked over her shoulder, smiling at Zach. "Onbu!" It seemed he had grown a fair bit overnight; he was now about as big as a backpack.

Ry blinked sleepily. "Morning Za-" She paused. She was on his lap. Zach's lap. Her arms wrapped around his neck. And her legs around his waist. "Oh....Kay...." She blinked, blushing deeply and scrambing off, scooting from him in embarassment. "Why was I...o-on your lap?"

"....Oh." She blinked. That was easy. "Thank you," she said softly now, giving him a big, grateful smile as she turned from him, rolling up her sleeping bag. "good morning Bubu," she said to her onbu.
