 Hayashi appeared back from his long time of training. He looked around the vice captains office as he sighed, "Hmmm, I should have guessed that while I was gone they would have found a replacement" Hayashi said as he chuckled a little waiting for someone to say something (If you couldn't have guess I'm the one in front)

"This used to be my office young one" Hayashi said as he looked at Junichiro. "So who are you and why are you here?" Hayashi said looking at him. Hayashi didn't take kindly to people talking back. Hayashi figured he might as well prove how much stronger he had gotten so that no one would think of him as a new kid who didn't know what they were doing.

Junichiro could tell this guy was not someone he could handle alone, or even with Zack and the possibility of Denkou's help but in his situation all he could do was try and calm down and be more polite.''Let me introduce myself formaly, I am Junichiro Watanabe 4th seat of squad 3, so you were the previouse vice captain aye''.

Hayashi looked at Junichiro, "Is there anything I can help you with?" Hayashi said as the boy seemed to be looking back and forth and kind of nervous. Hayashi was technically still a squad member and any conflict that appeared Hayashi's duty was to help solve it.

Hayashi nodded, "Hmmm, well it seems he would need to be suppressed wouldn't he" Hayashi said looking at him, "Well I suppose you've done a good job" Hayashi said. "And hiding things would be stupid on your part" Hayashi then sighed as he looked at Zack. "Well we might as well just wait for something to happen" Hayashi said as he stood waiting for someone to speak or something to happen

After returning the zanpakuto to Denkou, Chi flew back outside the office in owl form, to observe, but not to interfere. WShe landed on a tree outside and started to watch the episode, committing the entire thing to memory. She watched as an unknown male entered the room and started speaking to Junichiro and Zack. When she heard him cal Zack a drunk, she got very angry, but stayed in position, just like Denkou told her to do.

Chi then thought, "If i don't do anything, then Zack will probably die, and I don't want that. But if I go there, and save Zack, then Denkou will stay at his his same state of motivation and will never acheive Bankai or anything. Time for a double cross." Chi then flew through the window and, right after she burst through, turned into her woman self, fully clothed. She walked right over to Hayashi and said, "You want to know what is happening here? Well, Denkou left the Sereitei to go to the Valley of Tears and train with Kazi. But first he came here and left that box and a note for Zack, Tagg, and Mitchiko. Inside the box is a gift from Denkou to Zack. When Denkou was leaving, he encountered Junichiro here and then left for the wedding, leaving me here to see that things went well. They didn't and I had to get the box back from Junichiro and gave it to Zack. That is when you came in, right after I left. Now, you must stop Zack from injuring Junichiro and saving himself from death. Please go and stop your fellow squad members from fighting and escort Junichiro here out. I must go, but I am leaving this with you." With that, she changed back into an owl and flew out of the window, as quickly as she came.

Hayashi looked at the Owl, "your so lucky I have my duty or else I'd cook you up" Hayashi said looking at the owl. Hayashi then turned and looked at Junichiro. "How about every sits the hell down and I won't have to use bakudo" Hayashi said a smile on his face. "I think I'm a bit rusty so it could be a hado by mistake" Hayashi said hinting saying that they should listen to him or else they would be in big trouble
