Sojo hugged the other, and just stood there. There was no reason to say anything, no reason to ask anything of the other. Standing like this, was peaceful enough to Hymn.

"Maybe I should head home soon," he said, looking out the window at the darkening sky. He didn't like it, he was afraid of thunderstorms, and felt better if he was in the comfort of his own home. Though this wasn't necessarily true, Hale just never had anyone there to comfort him before. A small flash illuminated the dark office, lighting up the night sky to reveal ominous dark clouds, and Hale tensed. After the flash passed, he relaxed again, but tened a second tiem as the wave of thunder hit the house, causing it to shake slightly.

Sojo smiled and grabbed Hale. He kept up a decent amount of concentration as the world around them dissolved and Hale's porch appeared. He house was surrounded by ominous darkness, the sky flashed once too. This storm was bad. Sojo looked down at Hale and frowned. "Are you going to be okay?"

Hale was obviously trembling in Sojo's arms, and he flinched everytime the lightning flashed and cringed when the thunder rumbled through his body. He nodded frantically and suddenly let go of Sojo, turning and fumbling frantically with his key and the door before flinging it open, leaving Sojo there on the porch with the open door. He quickly rushed into his house and climbed into a cupboard in the kitchen and shut it on himself to hide from the storm.

Sojo blinked a few times than rushed inside shutting the door before using a spell. "Silence!" he whispered and the shutters on the windows fell shut, the air became deafened and the rain just sounded like a mist. "Hale.." he said reaching where the other hid and opened the cupboard. Pulling Hale out he sat on the floor putting the other up against him, softly stroking his hair. "I'm here.."

"I'm such a fool," Hale muttered into Sojo's chest as he burried hsi face into it, "I'm making such an idiot of myself." He trembled in Sojo's arms and then looked up at him, his eyes big an round, showing a fearful expression, like a frightened rabbit, "I'm sorry, I'm such a wuss," he said, tearing up again.

"Your a person," Sojo said comforting the other. He stood up holding the other in his arms and walked back to his room laying down together with him on the futon. "It's alright," he whispered again touching Hale's face before relaxing.

Hale snuggled into Sojo as he was laid down and remained trembling despite the fact that Sojo had muffled everything. It didn't matter, Hale knew it was still out there, and he could still hear the muffled thunder and still see the shaded flashes of lightning. After some time, he relaxed a littled, still clinging to Sojo's shirt with one hand as he drifted off into sleep.

Sojo smiled petting the others hair. Even if Hale feared storms he would be there, for he could not control nature not to rain. Smiling he laid his own head to the floor and closed his eyes. He began to drift off into sort of a daze, not really a sleep. He began thinking about the two of them. If Hale was scared like this, he couldn't let his lover live in fear. He began to apprehensively thing about how he would get Hale to move in with him, but keep it secret.
He kept his hand moving across Hale's head at the same time, to help relax the other and soon he wrapped his other arm around him and drifted off into sleep, despite his wanting to stay awake. His spell faded off when he drifted into sleep but he kept Hale close, nothing would harm him. Not day or night.

As Sojo's spell wore off Hale woke up again and snuggled more into his partner, feeling much safer there and was soon fast asleep again.

Sojo started moaning a couple hours into his sleep. The storm was becoming worse but his mind wasn't anywhere near that. All his enchantments around the house crashed as sweat began pouring down his face. He tossed to his left side groaning slightly as he curled up. His body became feverishly and inhumanly hot. Moaning a bit louder he tossed again his body warding off a bad dream.
Sojo screamed a bit later his body stretching out again. His torso had become hot now too, his entire body shedding off ounces of sweat. "Ha..Hale.." he moaned beginning to turn again still stuck in the brutal nightmare. He repeated Hale's name a few times, and one of the times he yelled it. Sojo was dreaming, of Hale's death. It was something he saw often, he saw death even if it wasn't real. Generally the dream lasted only a few seconds because they all began the same, this one didn't end.
The dream always had someone he knew placed being hurt and killed infront of him. "Hale. Hale Hale!" he repeated the shirt one always at his normal tone. He was shaking from the sudden decline in his temperature. His body had shed to much heat and was now unbearably cold. He shook again calling out to Hale. Sojo began crying in his sleep curing up around himself again. He couldn't hear it, but the storm howled outside again, the wind matted up against the window, the lightening stuck the sea sending light traveling. The power flickered a few times and soon shut off.
"Hale.." Sojo whispered again "Please don't die Hale... I love you." The dream was leveling out but Sojo had lost all movement except for his lips, his body still cold as ice.

Hale's eyes shot open as Sojo started to flail in his sleep, and the young Host watched in horror a the nightmare progressed. The lightning flashed, and Hale froze in fear, unable to move at all, unable to assist Sojo; then the power went out and Hale scremed slightly, though it was drowned out by the thunder that shook the house.
Hale reached out with a trembling hand and shook Sojo harsly, "S-sojo..." he managed to squeak. Hale was becoming more terrified by the second, and withthe combination of the violent storm, worse than anything he had ever experienced, and Sojo's frightening behaviour, he was almost unable to move from sheer terror.

Sojo's body at the shake mad an involuntary sort of lunge. His body practically tackled Hale but in a hug. He wouldn't let go. As he impacted the ground he awoke, startled, but he knew what he had done. Like every other time, he knew exactly what had happened. "Hale, I'm so sorry.." he whispered shaking from the low temperature of his body. He tried to shake off the feel of death but couldn't so he ignored it. Hale wouldn't die. Hale. Would not. Die. Sojo reached around the other's back and grasped him tightly not wanting to let him go.
