Man, I don't know if I want to squee and jump around or sit in the corner, cry, and grow mushrooms emo
I thought the episode was hilarious, and made me laugh on several occasions.
But Aang being a brat made me mad. She said she was confused and he kissed her. Smoothe, Aang =__=;
So, I really want Aang to give her up, because I don't want it to end like it did in the play (Although I suppose if Zuko dies screaming 'HONORRRR' I guess I wouldn't mind, hurr hurr xD).
But I don't know yet. I'm happy and sad.
I've got a bad feeling, and want to think Bryke were just messing with us, but I'm not sure.
At this point, I'd settle for an open ending D:

Malee Ladrona del Corazon I was psyched about the kiss scene! I think he's gonna let her go...FINALLY!!!!!
Aang came close in the past, he has the strength to do so in the future.True, true, I agree that it would be interesting to the plot line to have him give her up, but if he lets her go, the ending will either be open or Zutara. Aang probably lets her go because he goes into the Avatar state. However it ends, I want it to be good, or I'll be ticked no matter who ends up together.

Out of those two, I would really prefer an open ending. A throw back to what the series it all about, saving the world.

I personally want a complete wrap up becasue I've been watching this show since it started and have supported Zutara forever. But I'd prefer an open ending to Katanng...maybe they'll change thier mind and continue the series. I wouldn't mind Kataang if they were older. I want him to save the world too. That includes killing the Fire Lord. If that sucker doesn't DIE after 4 years, I'll be soooo upset. That would make me angrier than Kataang, Maiko, Tokka, and the death of the cabbage guy combined. I'll get over the final pairings, but that I could never forgive.

EIP was rather awesome. =D I loved the play and horribly exaggerated portrayal of the characters (Especially Man!Toph and Woman!Aang. xD). And I really liked seeing Zuko's regret about his betrayal of Iroh, and the little bonding moment between him and Toph. Hehe. xD Punching = affection.
Aang... really just annoyed me in this. I couldn't feel bad for him because he was taking everything so seriously - the others got annoyed by the way they were portrayed, but he threw a mini hissy-fit and said he was angry/annoyed enough to go into the Avatar State. I mean, c'mon - it's a stupid play. :/
Plus, the way he treated Katara was just... ugh. She tells him she's confused and doesn't want to think about their relationship at that moment. So he keeps insisting she gives him an answer, going so far as to kiss her. Dx No, just... No.
Overall, though, it was a good episode. Lots of humor, some cute shippy moments with Sokka/Suki (and, in my little world, Zuko/Katara), and a scene that only serves to enforce my opinion on Kataang not being able to work.
... Waaah! D: Finale!

All the kataangers think EIP was all about kataang, and i have to wonder why. Katara says she's confused and pulls away from aang. how is this episode kataang?

Then again, Kataangers may feel that it further emphasized how strong Aang's feelings are, and that 'Now's not the right time' means Katara likes him, but just isn't ready (personally, I feel it's ambiguous, but whatever). Also, maybe they think the Zutara scene in the play was designed to mock us (which it was - but so was the entire play. I mean, the creator's mocked themselves with the Jet scene. xD).
I dunno. We'll just have to wait and see, I guess.
