There are a great number of companies that specialize in gag products. Fake identitication cards are top of the list. This strikes me as much the same thing.
Your honor, the list of people that Mr. Kem has handed you includes myself, and a one Benjamin Poindexter. Known to the public as "Bullseye." A man who has deducated his every waking moment toi killing me. Does it REALLY seem plausible that we be in on the same "conspiracy?"
But let's move on. How have these videos "ruined" your life? Aside from being denied your fair share of the profits . . . which the defense is MORE than willing to give you.

Your Honor, Consul for the Plaintiff has proven, with legally-admissable physical evidence, that the lawyer for the Defense has handled this card that he dismisses as "a fake ID." As a sidebar to Exhibit E, I request that it be acknowledged in the public record that THIS VIDEO shows the transfer of the card in question! How much more of this farce are we expected to take, your Honor? Can we move on with the rest of the trial, or would Mister Murdock like to ignore some other obvious things, like this desk, or gravity?!

No one's tryting to break you and Caitlin up. Don't be ridiculous. Where would the DVD sales be without an attractive female lead?
In any case, I have a copy of your approval ratings before the DVD's release. You werew NOT a popular individual, were you? Where are your approval ratings now? As OI understand it, you're prewtty well-liked by the populace. Am I wrong?

Right...so dumping that APC card in her jacket wasn't trying to cause a fight in which we would breakup. Or Storm burning down our date and ruining our night. Or Bullseye getting me drunk and telling me that Caitlin hated me. All of that was just innocent fun.
And people don't laugh with me or like me....they laugh at me! If I'm not getting made fun of by people then they're pitying me or looking at me like the slime on the bottom of their shows. stare stare

The Plaintiff requests that this "Approval Rating" be submitted into evidence, along with documentation certifying where this 'rating' comes from exactly. Not that I would want to accuse the Defense of fabricating lies, but let's see some comparative charts and a history of this alleged approval rating before we consider it to be relevent to this trial!

Our assessment of his approval rating comes btoh from independent research, as well as from examining the tone of newspapaer stories concerning Mr. Powell both before and after the DVD releases. I am very willing to submit this research. Among the changes is that he is no longer considered to be more of a threat to civilians than to the criminals he fights.
Mr. Powell, you seem to be just a bit . . . well. Confused. have you ever had a psychological evaluation?
