"you'll find I'm fairly lax with rules, all I ask is the respect of my men and that they do there duties, in return I allow them more freedom then some captains might" Kogi said. They soon approached the dojo, again the shuffle of feet was heard from inside. "I like too play a little game with them, there objective is too land a solid blow on myslef before I reach the center of the dojo" He said.

"sure".He opened the dojo door and picked up two training swords and handed one too Vladamir. "alright boys, this is vice captain Wolfeinstein...he's gonna be a run at the gaunlet...I expect you too give the same effort as if it were me" He shouted. "as soon as you step past the first pillar it starts...and remeber, it's one hit your allowed too take" He said.

"go for it" he said and tossed the sword in his hand to Vladamir."and no pressure or anything but...try and impress me" He said and smiled abit.

Malice smiled at Keiko's request to spar. He got to his feet and started stretching. He then glanced into her eyes and said,"Sure, I'll gladly spar with ya, but if it's alright, I would like it if I was able to only use my fist. Don't worry though, I have no intention of hurting you, I promise!" Malice finished stretching his arms as he stopped one foot in front of Keiko. "So are ya sober yet?"

Kogi walked to the center of the dojo. He stopped when he reached the edge of the sparring area. "not bad, your quiet the acrobat arn't you" He commented. "Alright you guys lost, do your laps" the squad left grumbling angerily. "It may not seem like it but they like you" Kogi said, He leaned against one of the pillars.

"It's fine, my zanpaktou relies on me to use my fist, so that's why I asked." Malice followed Keiko and stopped a few feet away from her. He stretched his arms and moved his neck in a circular motion, hearing cracking sounds behind each motion. He reached for two black fingerless gloves out of his shihakushou and put one on both hands. "Keiko, I want you to try your best, and show we what ya got, okay!? Oh, and I promise not to put too much force into my punches, unless you think you can take it!"

You've got to be kidding!? These are all my soldiers can accomplish? What rubbish!!! Shiro slams his hand against the wall of his room. His anger is slowly building with every thought of rebuilding his now destroyed family. "Well, I guess I'll have to recruit more fools, I guess!!" Shiro smirks as he jumps into bed and stares at his ceiling. He reaches for a report one of his subordinates had just given him. He reads it for several minutes before sighing. "This is rediculous!! It's like since Aizen's death, those fools no longer fear arrancar or the espada! Heh, then I guess I should go and rekindle this fear and show that there will never be room to relax, EVER!!!!"

Deane decided to lay down in the feild next to the training feild that his subordinates would be fighting. Deane then sent off the new hell butterflies with the same message as before assompanied with the new place. Deane relaxed, streached out, and looked at the sky. It was looking to be a great day. After a few more moments Deane rose to his feet, wipped the dirt of his uniform and went to the entrance to greet any early risers. Deane had dug some holes and made traps and obstiacles in the feild so that the fights would be more challenging and more like the real world where traps and instabilities in the fighting area could be just where his subordinates took there next step. Most of all it was to broaden their mind from just defending themselves from what they could see.
