She nodded her head and spun Storm around and said, "Race ya'll back!" as she urged the stallion into a slow gallop, waiting for them to start before making him go faster.
Storm snorted and spun around when she asked.

Amy laughed and clicked her tounge and avanced her reins. Pancake whinnied and arched into a slow gallop next to Storm waiting for Vivian and Majestad before using all her speed, just like what her breed was all about. She just didn't do barrel racing for nothing thats for sure. Her slow gallop was faster then any of the other horses and her trot was faster then a canter. Amy found it amazing.

Vivian smiled and turned Majestad around at a walk. She clucked and he began trotting, a suspended, graceful trot. "Ready..." she said quietly to him, shortening and getting a tight grip on the reins. Majestad picked up a slow canter, fully collected. "Get set, little brother..." She said to him. He picked a low gallop, but with short, quick strides. his haunches' muscles were bunched up like a coiled slinky, ready to let go and explode with speed. For an andalusian, he was incredibly fast...guess that came from Western riding and the muscle-building workout of dressage. They slowly caught up with Storm and Pancake. "Let 'er buck!" Vivian called out to her stallion.
At her voiced command, Majestad winked at Storm and Pancake, then suddenly lengthened and shot off like bullet fresh out of a gun. His muscles sprung like a rubber band and he was gone. He snorted and neighed loudly as he ran, leaving Pancake and Storm behind, kicking up dust behind him.

Amy laughed and looked towards Min before bending down into her saddle. "C'mon girl. We can't let men beat us huh?" Amy grined smiling.
Pancake whinnied and snorted. She reared powerfully before taking hold of the bit and blasting off after Majestad and Vivan like a bow shooting from a bowinaro. She galloped and galloped as her strides leaped forward. She soon caught up to Majestad and nipped at his flank before galloping ahead of him.

Majestad snorted, and lengthened his stride. He looked like a galloping thoroughbred, just not as lean. He caught up to Pancake and nipped at her flank. He saw her jump and he took the moment to spur ahead of the mare again, leaving her several yards behind.
Vivian whooped and yee-hawed as her stallion ran. She could feel his muscles pulsing beneath her and his hoofbeats and hard breathing was like music to her ears. Being in his western tack, he was faster and quicker. If he had been in his dressage tack, he would have been forced to stay collected and slower. The barn was in her sights and the squeezed Majestad's sides with her inside lower leg. She felt him lurch forward more and she heard his hoofbeats quicken. She turned around and saw Pancake and Amy gaining, as well as Min and Storm. "Let's go Majestad, we can beat them!" She yelled at him, grinning wildly.
Majestad galloped swiftly towards the barn. When the finally reached it, he felt Vivian lean back and squeeze lightly, pulling lightly on the reins. He thrust his hind legs beneath him, bracing himself with his forelegs, and slid to a halt. He snorted, pawing the ground, then lifted himself into a rear, neighing, twirling around once and then touching down again, nodding his head. He smiled as he felt Vivian lean over and hug his neck, patting him.

Pancake had gained on Majestad and was just foot-steps away from Majestad and Vivan. Pancake winnined at Majestad as she slowed herself at Amy's command stoped, as she felt her bit pull gently against her mouth wich made her stop automacticly.
Amy grinned out of breath. "That was some wild ride. Next time Pancake, next time will beat the boys." Amy grinned hugging the mare's neck and patting her, before turning to look at Vivan and Majestad. "Congratz you two, but unfortanly me and Pancake will win next time." Amy teased, as Pancake bobbed her head and half reared and nickered. When Pancake stopped, Amy patted the mare happily.

Vivian laughed. "You bet it was, that was amazing!" She said grinning. Her eyes then turned teasing. "Oh whatever!" She said, laughing. She patted Majestad's neck. He nickered at her touch, he knew they had won.
Majestad tossed his head up and snorted, then pawed at the ground. "WOO! That was some run!" He said, smiling. He snorted again and reared up to full height, striking out with his forelegs. He felt Vivian grip his sides and stay erect in the saddle, as if they were doing a Mezair.

Pancake grinned. "It was. I'll beat you next time, Majestad." Pancake said teasing. Pancake reared up as hight as Majestad and nickered happily.
Amy laughed as Pancake reared up to full hieght as high as Majestad. Amy held onto her saddle horn and her reins as the mare reared up. Amy laughed before cooling the appaloosa mare out when she came down to all fours. Once she was cooled out, Amy dismounted Pancake and waited for the others to dismount before leading her mare into the stable.

Majestad smiled. "Says you..." He snorted teasingly. He pawed at the ground.
Vivian sighed and dismounted from her 16.2 hh Andalusian, patting his withers once on the ground. Sadie ran up and barked. "Hey there, girl." Vivian said, patting the dog's head. Sadie wagged her tail wildly and licked her girl's hand, then went up to Majestad and licked his muzzled. Majestad whickered affectionately to the dog. Vivian Put Majestad's auburn western reins over his head and leaned against him, not holding onto him. "Good ride, little brother, good ride." She said, reaching over at patting his cheek.

Amy was stroking Pancake, when Spike ran up to them and barked happily. "Hey, Spike!" Amy said happily. She patted her knees and Spike jumped onto her his paws on her knees. Amy hugged him and kissed his nose. Spike licked Amy's nose before he got down and kissed and nuzzled Pancake who nuzzled him back. Amy picked up Ginger who was close by and rubbed the cat's head.
Pancake's reins where over her head and was standing pateintly. Amy wasn't worried about her since the mare never runned off.

"Dang," she said to Storm, "We missed our start." She kicked her heels into him and held onto Jasper with her free hand. They raced past the trees and past the others, who had already stopped, and pulled to a stop about ten or so feet from them. She dismounted and then let Jasper jump off before grabbing Storms reins and leading him back to the others.
Storm snorted and tossed his mane as he was led back. "That felt good," he said to the other two.

"You guys want to get back on and practice for the show coming up or should we give the horses a break and have a little snack before going to practice?" Amy asked.
Pancake snorted and bobbed her head. "Yes it did. I love to gallop."

"I think we should practice since they are already warmed up from the gallop," she said.
Storm nodded his head and said, "I would love to practice now."

Vivian patted Majestad's neck. "Yeah, that sounds good. I'll work him in Western Pleasure first, then change him into his dressage tack for our dressage work." She reached down and patted Sadie's head once more before vaulting back into the saddle. Sadie stood next to the stallion, wagging her tail.
Majestad snorted. "Yeah that felt great. We need to do that more often." He said, pawing at the ground. "Sure, let's go ahead and practice now. We'll have worked up an appetite after that." He said, smiling. He lowered his head to Sadie and blew into her face. She nipped playfully at his nose, and he lifted his head rapidly, snorting.
