 Beyond Birthday had the eyes of a shinigami since he was born.
He knew your name before you said it.
He knew the time of death of every person he met.
BB played with the tassel on her umbrella "I don't like drawing attention to myself" she said quietly then looked up "But how could this work as a set up for someone else?"
...I hardly need to explain just what effect
this would have on his personality.

BB opened and closed her umbrella absentmindedly "I wouldn't say mass murderer, he killed three people who were destined to die that day and time anyways...But, yes, he was the antagonist in the novel. And my name was derived from his." She coughed and pulled on her socks "Not that that means anything about me." she mumbled.
