Aravis looked confused. After days of worrying about the basket which was gone, it was now an adult and wanted to leave! Everything made her more puzzled than before. "Felix?" she exclaimed. "What has Felix done? And what about this 'everything's OK'? Has something really serious happened?" Her forehead wrinkled some more as she sunk herself in confusion. "And you haven't bugged me, sweetheart! Tell me, what's wrong?"
Caspian turned away. He was eager to see his sister, but it seemed the wrong time to talk about proper things like exploring or food. Instead, he turned to his other sister, Soleil, and waited silently for her reply.

"I don't know if Felix wants me as his daughter anymore!" Malaika blurted out, spinning back around to face Aravis. "It was like he was mad I grew up! He just...he just ran away with my sister's basket when he saw me!
"...Am I not good enough for him, or something?!" Her words began slurring together as heavy sobs began escaping her throat, "I can't HELP what happened!"
She felt lost, pathetic, and desperate. It was almost like she was indeed a pup.

Emerald glanced back every so often, to make sure that Tenrai was following her around; each time Tenrai would halt, she would, as well, to gather air, and as soon as Tenrai was ready, Em would run off again, but each time a bit slower, in order for Tenrai to have the fun of running from her. Sometimes, she would even try and flap her wings, and would slightly lift off the ground, which had given her a boost of esteem, and seemed to forget that she needed to take deep breaths, or forgot to glance back.

After running for about fifteen minutes straight, Tenrai started to feel tired. Her tongue was hanging out of the side of her mouth and she was panting up a storm. Still, she had a smile on her face and she squeaked as to let Emerald know she needed a break. Exhausted, she made her way to the river and laid beside it, slirping a drink when she could interupt her heaving breathing.
Within a few deep breaths, she was closer to normal. She'd never had the chance to run like that before and she had just learned a big lesson: Always pace yourself. Even if you're playing a game, it's better not to run full force. Some of life's lessons you had to learn on your own.
Tortie was still sitting next to Chickies, intently watching the two pups. She didn't have a worried look on her face as she knew Tenrai would be fine. She'd just overworked herself a bit, nothing to a far extent. If there would be any panic to her health, Tortie would have been there in a flash.

Upon hearing Tenrai's squeaks, Emerald slowed down to a halt, slowly making her way over to where Tenrai was. Panting heavily, she lapped the water, but eventually began to cough, due to more water than air. Slumping down into a lay, she rolled on her back, yawning heavily. That was pretty fun, don't you think, Ten? Eventually, Tenrai would need some sort of nickname, so Emerald decided on Ten.
Chickies watched them lap the water, and jumped slightly as Emerald began to cough, but noticed that she was all right. Smiling, he chuckled to himself at their escapades.

Tenrai had finally caught up with her own breathing. Her ears perked when her friend began to cough and she was ready to act. Glad to see her talk, she tilted her head as Emerald said 'Ten'. Again she felt a sense of self-importance and her eyes sparkled.
"It was!" she exclaimed and then paused, wanting to return the favor of a nickname, "Em." A big smile came over her facial features and her fur seemed to light up. She reached down to lap up a few more drops of water before lifting her head. After a calming deep breath, she lay there, happy that she had made the friend.
Her tiny mind tried to determine what they should do next. As she thought, a butterfly fluttered by and carefully landed on a flower. "Come on," she whispered to Emerald, trying not to startle the newly found creature. She got up slowly and crouched down subconciously. She'd never been taught how to pounce but her body seemed to take to the stance like a fish to water. Her tail was swishing past the ground at a slow and constant speed. Her eyes were dilated and her ears were alert. Carefully, she took a few steps closer getting slower as she neared. She sprung into the air and landed on the ground quite softly for her departure. Her paws were crossed over one another and she tilted her head to the ground to peak underneath. Slowly she uncovered a hand. Nothing emerged so she lifted the other; nothing there either.
Tortie was watching the whole scene and giggled to herself. She had seen the butterfly fly off right before Tenrai pounced but apparently the little dog didn't see.

((Been busy sorry guys))
Soleil seemed uninterested in the conversation of the two pink adults. Instead she looked around the meadow until her eyes met again with Caspian. She smiled brightly and stepped forward to sit right before him. "We meet at last dear brother. I'm glad to see you look well." Her voice was bright and happy.
Felix approached the two pups and smiled down at Soleil. "Now Soleil, don't get yourself into any trouble alright? You be a good little pup and stay safe."
Soleil tilted her head up at her father. "Of course father. I wouldn't dream of doing anything to displease you." It was a little untrue. She wouldn't dream of doing anything really foul, but just a little naughty? Maybe. She smiled and pranced back over to her brother. "What shall we do?"
Felix watched them proudly and sat down. He was proud of the Caspian's colouring, which was much like his own. Soleil seemed to be the only wild card. She looked nothing like either of them, but took the best two colours and swirled them to her liking. Felix sighed off in his own little world.

((It's OK, Duckie ^^))
"Thanks... sister", Caspian smiled back, beaming. "F-f-father?" He looked up, blinking, as he looked at his father. He had often heard about his father from his mother. She had told Caspian he was very beautiful, and that they were quite alike. Caspian's smile became wider after the surprise was gone. "Hmm... maybe we should go exploring", Caspian said thoughtfully. "You know, there're so many places to see and so many things to do. But I don't think we should go too far, hehe..." He smiled a bit unsurely as he glanced at their father. "... because I've met wolves once when I went a bit too far away... so perhaps we should explore... the Storyteller's Tree?" he suggested. "I've never climbed in that tree, actually..." He grinned. "I've been to quite a few places, both in Talaye Meadow and the world outside... but I've never been to the Storyteller's Tree!" Then he whispered quickly in his sister's ear: "Think that's OK, dad?"
"... What?! Felix did that?! I... I can't believe it", Aravis said weakly. "But... but..." She closed her eyes, before she opened them quickly again. "... but we can't run from the reality forever, sweetheart! And neither can Felix. We must discuss this, sweetheart! If you keep running away from us, we'll never be one united family! We must talk about this... can't we?" She looked pleadingly at her daughter, wondering for a second inside her brain whether she had thought about these kinds of problems when she was dreaming about getting children with Felix. "I mean... we'd be so... unhappy. Wouldn't you want us to be one big and nice family, huh? Would you like to, kind of, not introducing your future boyfriend to us when you get one? Would you like us to never see your children, be proud of you and them, and want us to lick you and cuddle you as we do with Soleil and Caspian? Wouldn't you like... to be our child?" A tear rolled down Aravis' cheek. She sniffed a bit. It was the first time she had ever cried. Back when she had pup, she had sworn never to cry. But sometimes, one just had to...

Soleil watched her brother and nodded. She stood up and turned to her father. "Father, will be at the storyteller's tree." Felix looked down to her and nodded.
"Have fun and watch yourself." He said as smiled down on the cubs. He lefted a paw a ruffled Caspian's mane. "Don't get into any trouble." He stood gave Soleil a little nuzzle and strooled off to let the two pups explore.
After he departed Soleil turned back to her brother and raised an eyebrow. "So where do you really want to go?" She could see he was interested in not displeasing father, but she was curious.

((Whoops, I just noticed something! I was changing my RP when I wrote that previous post. I was planning to RP that Caspian whispered in his sister's ear that they could get out of their mother's sight, because she would probably stop them, but then I thought it'd be better that he asked his father if that would be OK, and then I forgot to remove that part, so it got a bit wrong, and Caspian asked his sister if it was OK xDD;; ))
"Where I really want to go?" Caspian lowered his voice to barely a whisper, as he went closer to his sister and mumbled: "Where I actually wanna go,... is the Forbidden Woods." His eyes glittered in delight. "It's a terrific place, in my own opinion, but that makes it just the more adventurous.... I've not been EVERYWHERE in the Forbidden Woods, though", he admitted a bit bitterly. "Mum noticed that I was gone when I was halfway through, and then she flew to the Meadow and found me in the Forbidden Woods, so I never got to see the whole Forbidden Woods. But once, I was chased by wolves..., Perhaps we meet them again, if we go to the Forbidden Woods. Or we might meet a bear! I almost think I heard one once. But if you doesn't want to make it THAT dangerous..." He shrugged. He didn't know girls pretty well. Maybe they just liked to explore things, but didn't like too much danger and adventures? Who knew them... mum didn't like too much danger, anyway, though she liked adventures. "... we could just explore the safer parts of the Forbidden Woods. Not that I know them..." He grinned a bit unsurely. Just then, a raindrop fell on his nose. "Damnit...!" He brushed off the water. "Why must it always rain when I'm somewhere? We better find shelter... I guess we'll have to get to the Forbidden Woods anyw-" Thunder could be heard somewhere distant. "Uh-oh. We better hurry. Come on, sis!"
((Should we move the RP to the Forbidden Woods? xd ))

(Sorry for not posting in a while, been caught up in the making of my new shop. x3 heart )
Emerald smiled at her not-so-new nickname, as well. Having someone to hang out with and play with was very enjoyable.
Upon earing her whisper, she followed Tenrai's lead, wondering what exactly was going on. Did she miss something? Crouching behind Tenrai, she got hit several times at the flickering tail in front of her. She giggled, and began to swat at it. But, almost as fast as her newfound game began, it seemed to end as Tenrai pounced what seemed to be a butterfly, by the looks of things. With Tenrai a bit ahead of her, Emerald grinned, readied herself, and pounced on the laying Tenrai.
Chickies, as well, couldn't help but laugh. He watched the two play and pounce, and it was quite an amusing thing.

( No problem, good luck with it! <3 )
Tenrai, so intent on finding where the butterfly had gone, was bewildered at the surprise pounce. She fell to her side and started giggling immediatly. She jumped up and shook her body, freeing her fur from the tiny twings and brances that stuck. With an almost evil grin, Tenrai leaped back and fourth infront of her friend, almost tauntingly. Her ears were flat against her head but not in a menacing anger, in a sort of playing. Her tail was wagging back and forth so fast you could practically float on the current it was creating. Every muscle in her body was geared toward play and she sprang toward Emerald, hoping to joyously pin her to the ground.
Tortie was watching in amazement. Even though Tenrai had never been able to play with another Talaye, she took to the games like magic.

(one week later xd )
Emerald, after jumping away from Tenrai, crouched low, her behind wiggling behind her, way up in the air. She watched as Ten dodged left and right in front of her, which really confused her, because she wasn't sure which direction she would pounce from. Em tried to remain focused, but as soon as Ten pounced, Em moved in the same direction that Ten was coming from out of pure confusion, ending up in a crash of the two. Toppling over, she grinned, sighing happily.

( So sorry for not replying. Everytime I went in for a post, it didn't come out right. It took this long to get back into the mood to RP <3 )
Tenrai, not expecting to go full-force into Emerald, flew almost past her. She tumbled over as if doing a headstand and, when she landed in a sit position, started giggling in a melodic manor. The nerves in her arms were shaky from amusement and she couldn't stand herself up. Instead, she fell onto her back, paws squirming in the air as she rolled back and forth with laughter. Her tongue was hanging out of the side of her mouth dripping with a form of heated saliva that was now foaming around her muzzle. She had never been so happy and finally started to calm down. Flipping back to her stomach, she looked at Em, hoping that her friend was having as much fun as she was.

A man sits in a tree and seems almost invisible. He seems sad and his clothes seem that of a simple wanderer. A tear drop falls from his eye and he begins to cry silently. His blue hair blows in the breeze and he stays there not moving.
