[ ]I've only gone to one school where I was close enough that I could've walked home. However, it was elementary school and there was a main road that I would've had to cross. I would've been home alone when I probably could've had taken care of myself.

I'd walk to and from school in elementary. I lived across the street. Well, two streets. Mine, and the road the school was on, which was a main road. Main Street, actually.
