I actually think I prefer the other lighter color that he is in the ref pic, I'm sorry! If it's too difficult to change, just let me know.
I couldn't find the other necklace but I think he kina looks better without it. I like the one over his eye...

Honestly, I don't know much about him. I've never even heard of him until you posted his picture, which looks somewhat familiar, but not enough to make me understand where he comes from.
So I'm going to say that he's a not-so-well-known cosplay and charge the 300k.
