"I see. Family issues?" Jaimie asked. The idea itself did not seem too far from his own issues. "People don't just...run away for fun."

Devon walked over to the counter and talked casualy spoke to the bartender. The man pointed over at the table with three people in the back. "Thanks boss. Oh and I quit" He ducked as the bartender threw a bottle at his head. "See ya!" He hurried over by the table before he got something thrown at him again.

Jaimie watched as Devon dodged a bottle and headed over. He glanced back at X.
"I see," Jaimie sighed. "I know what you mean. I never ran away myself, however. Anyhow, you flown a lot of airships?"

X shook her head "no, but i can guide us through the worst of storms using two of the three maps i specialize in" she said with a smile.

"Well, I'm glad we have someone to read a map," Jaimie laughed, embarrassed. "I sure as heck can't, unless it's a blueprint of a ship. Strange, I know." He scratched his head and forced a smile.

X smiled back and said "yah it is. but that is what you do. you make sure we don't crash and die and i make sure we don't get lost."

Jaimie laughed to himself, "Yeah, no pressure there."
He stared down at the ground and thought to himself a bit. He sat down in a chair and waited, wondering when take-off would be.
"I'm eager to see this ship of ours we're flying away in."

Devon stopped by the table and cleared his throat. "Um, which one of you is alphonse. I'm here about the poster on the board. The one about the pirate crew..." He raised an eyebrow as he waited for an answer, mentally checking over the three people seated at the table.

X shrugged "i've always wanted to be one. " she said. she looked at Devon and said "he's Alphonse" she pointed to Alphonse with her thumb
