soujiro14 I think my spirit guide is my cat because everytime I see her she guides me to her food dish...oh wait, that's not a spirit guide. Never mind. Lol!

And kind of cruel. xD The reason behind it though, because of the fact that I'll be giving you exercises that will build up to the point that you will be able to find your guide. It takes you step by step into that type of journey.

I like learning about totems, I know that one of mine is a bear. A bear has always been there. Sometimes if I astral project I will see a bear there to guide me or protect me.

If I'm awake, I'm babysitting, doing homework, at dad's, or at school. If I'm asleep, I need it because I can't run on four hours anymore.... I haven't had time to do anything that I want to because I always have to do things for other people....

Whenever you have time. You can to it. It's going to be there for a long while. I am going to keep adding sections to it. But I do suggest you start from the beginning Please. When you are able to do it.

I'm just saying, because some will try to rush and go to the end to do the journey for finding the guide and then wonder why they fail. Its just a warning not only for you but for others. So don't take it personal.

I've recently seen a white and gray wolf with blue eyes in my house. But I just know it isn't my totem. So I'm not sure what that means. Any ideas?
