I may not be loaded with cash like you are, but at least i know how to act! You need to get OVER yourself!" He heaved "Now go back to sleep, if you get better quickly no one else will even NEED to get sick. And you need to take another pill, theres water and a jar of pills on the bedside table, take ONE." Now take it and go back to sleep." Maki stood in place looking at the boy expectantly....

Scoffing, he actually thought about taking ALL the pills just to piss the boy off. Maybe he'd die. Then the kid'd be happy. Taking one, he turned back to the bed, and pulled his arms under his shirt, taking it off and setting it next to the bed in a lazy fashion. "Whatever you say." He said in a rude sort of fashion, sitting on the bed.

Maki "Hmph" ed and blushed when he caught himself staring. Turning around he sat down in the chair, clutching the pillow, and waited for the boy to take the pill and fall asleep....

Putting the pill in his mouth, he swallowed...."This thing tasted like a candy drop. What kind do you get anyway? The kind for KIDS?" Looking over at the smaller kid, he suddenly smirked. "Makes sense." He said, laying down under the covers with a small, quiet laugh. "They suite you well."

Offended by the remark, Maki glared over at the boy "Yes, they ARE the childrens type, but i couldnt get anything else, the nurse said that pneumonia was spreading and the kids pills were the only thing left. Dont be so..... so........ ARG!" he said, with an angry growl on the end "Just get OVER yourself!" He said, before grabbing the pillow and watching him agian.

Looking over at him, he smirked. "Stop repeating yourself. Besides. You were the one who said you liked my music. Why should I be confident?" A little bit of spite wandered into his words, and for a moment he looked positively angry and dangerous. Pissed in fact.

All at once Maki calmed down, getting that pre-meditative-state feeling. "You know what, sophomore who i dont know? I dont care anymore.... I thought your music was beautiful, if thats your dream, continue, if not stop. With that attitude, no one will miss it, no one will miss YOU. So..... word of the wise, evaluate yourself before blaming others." And with those last words, Maki smiled softly, and snuggled down into his pillow "Goodnight, sleep, youll feel better" and slowly started to drift off....

Waiting till he fell asleep, he stared into space for a while...."easier said then done." He muttered to himself. Shutting his eyes, he sighed, trying to get some sleep.

The next morning Maki awoke before the other boy. He came up with a troubled descision. He needed to check the boys fever, but back of hand to forhead would wake the boy up. He had only one choice, to check his fever by putting his cheek to the other boys, lightly though. Maki bent down and put his face by the boys, feeling less heat, the fever had gone down....

A hand grabbed the side of Maki's, keeping his cheek pressed against Daniel's by force. "And just what are you doing? I never thought of you as a sexual harRASSer." Daniel's voice said. Even though it was early, he was already back to that spiteful attitude of his.

Trying to keep calm maki answered him simply "I was taking your temprature, hoping that this way wouldnt wake you up..... Its called being curteous, and FYI, your temprature has dropped a bit, but your still sick, you also may be developing a cough...." Maki began to pull up....

Letting go of the side of his head he said "Oh good. That means I can go." in a light voice while swinging his legs over the bed. "Isn't that grand?"

"Why the heck are you so non-chalant about WALKING PNEUMONIA! People DIE from it you know, you got f*cking lucky i found you and decided to bring you back in!" He went back to his chair sat down with his pillow on his lap and started to cry, his grandmother died from it, in fact, he was basically an orphan apart from his adopted mom and dad....

Unfazed, he said "Oh dear. Did I make you cry?" Turning to the door, he opened it. "Thanks. Later." He said lazily. "If I die at least I'll die in my own room." Leaving and shutting the door behind him, he put a hand to his forehead....Why did that kid care so much anyway?

Later that day, in their 4th period class, the one they had everyday, regardless of a-day or b-day's, Maki saw the boy from earlier
DAMN! why does he havta be in the band, why can i not sing in peace?! he carefully kept watching the other boy as he warmed up and they did some solo music reading songs with the band. After maki came down, he sat, and hoped the boy hadnt noticed him....
