revised list...
this one has the order of power.
1 shimigami the masters of the land, there power is endless and they can kill by mear touch. the fatal flaw of the shimigami is that they cannot leave the depths of hell. unless they are in a gost like form, they can kill little in this, but still manage to hold the main scorce of power.
2 vamps shimigami's favored minion, they can fly, move extreemly fast, and make others their minons, they are smarter than werwolfs. although they cant go out in daylight. crosses burn their skin, waters not their friend, they need to be killing humans constantly to feed. although they prefure werwolfs due to the fact that it increases their streangth and makes them have to feed less. this was outlawed by the shimigami.
2 werewolfs liked less than the vamps but their amount of brute strength and hunting abilities keep them at the same level. they are faster and stronger then the vamp but lack their deep intelect. they can also create minons. there full power is at a full moon. their powere is segnificantly reduced inthe day but they are still much stronger than humans.
they are at a constant battle for this level of power. but are at a standstill by order of the shimigami. they dispise the shimigami for trying to fit together these to pussle pieces but are forced to work together.
3 demons are servants of the shimigami and beneath the werwolfs and vamps, they take many forms and unlike the vamps and werwolfs cannot blend with humans.(except select few...). their abilities vary.
4 humans are just below the middle. their intelect varies from the demons to the vamps, vamps being the smartest. they can work at full force any time of day, and have little fatal flaws.(i.e. silver, crosses etc.) humans are the most inventive, having created guns, and several other technological advances.. their strength is usually weak but if trained they can easly kill a vampire, werwolf demon, or any other creature maby even a shimigami. it is said that humans are the key to the future. the only reason they are kept alive other than for vamp food.
they live in their own communities uunknowing of the surroundings. as to make their life income constant. their deaths are scedualed primaraly for the vamps feeding.
5 giants big, dumb, little in number and hard to control, they are allowed to roam free as long as they dont go agains the shimigami's will.
6 neko. nekos are treated at the bottom of the list for they belive they are a mistake of god. they are kept alive for unknown reasons, their intelegance varies as the humans does. they have animal like abilities and characteristics.they are treated like scum, as low, maby even lower than the humans, except with out a purpose for the shimigamis. they are ignored, thrown out, and even face racism. because of this they are forced into hiding.
any creature can have an element that it controls, a special power, or anyhting along those lines. but not all of the creatures are granted this. most are givin to humans vampires or werwolfs. with humans it is kept secret if you have an element, if it is found out they are killed.
shimigamis see the earth through globes of certin areas they do not see all but can see most, slote more through the vamps and werwolfs.
im still workin on it...

i have run into a problem though.. sweatdrop
you see no one has come up with a way to kill a god of death. it is essential for me to make this up in order for my book to work out.
