"Our son is too adorable for words," Lucas said with a chuckle and a grin, looking over at Tinania with fatherly pride evident in his face. He may have done next to nothing in the creation of the child, but he felt responsible for it's upbringing, or at least, helping Tinania raise him. He would accept whatever role Tinania wanted him to have, but he would have been more than happy to adopt the little dragon boy as his own flesh in blood. By law or any other means.
Lucas ran his hand through Seiji's hair himself while he looked at Tinania. "I'm sorry if I scared you earlier with my statement..."

Tinania didn't say a word for awhile, she just look down at her son. She felt pride herself in the wonder of what her son is. He was learning everyday, and seem to take a liking to Lucas, but the word he spoke earlier. Marriage, it scared her more then anything in this world right now. It meant giving your heart to another, and having them be able to control everything.
She wasn't ready to do that, not anymore. She been hurt badly once, and she wasn't able to handle that again.
Seiji continue to examine the sheet beneath him, until his face was actually in the sheet. Biting at the sheets, he kicked his feet a few times as he giggle then flaps his wings.

Lucas was quiet as he was met by silence, so he turned the majority of his attention to Seiji, but his hands did find Tinania's and took it, squeezing it a little as he smiled, watching his 'son'.
That's how he felt, and he would be more than happy to do anything to make it real. He wouldn't dare cheat though, he was going to do it the old fashion way.
Reaching out, he gently ran a hand down Seiji's back as he bit at the sheets. "That's my little trooper."

Tinania shakes her head before she looks at Lucas, chewing on her bottom lip she stands slowly. Her wings folding behind her as she makes her way over to the window. Looking down over the village, she closes her eyes as she lets out a small sigh "This place is just like Emerald Haven, yet it so different." here she didn't feel trapped, yet in away she did.
Seiji lifts his head as he attempts to grab ahold on Lucas's hand. babbling his wings flap alittle before he lays his head back down. His fingers digging into the sheets as he coos to himself.

Lucas smiled and let Seiji get his hand, looking up at Tinania. "The Havens are all alike yet different," He said quietly. "We haven't heard of Emerald Haven, though I'm sure if we were to look up the old property books it would show up..." Closing his eyes Lucas took a deep breath.
"Fair Haven, New Haven, Old Haven, East Haven, West Haven, North Haven, Havenhomle, Moon Haven, Sun Haven, South Haven, annnnd Free Haven... Though... Not sure Free Haven will be safe to go back to any time soon..."
He picked up Seiji, sheet and all, and carried him over to the window. "Everything you see... belongs to my father."

Tinania glances at Lucas, her eyes showing shock for a moment before she turns away from him. Moon Haven, she knew that place all to well. It was the village her grandmother ruled over. Which meant, Emerald Haven wasn't actually as far as she thought it was from here. Lifting a hand to her lips, she bites at her thumb, lost in thought for a moment.
Seiji rest his head on Lucas's shoulder. His eyes falling close as he continues to coo. Every so often his wings would move to indicate that he was still wide awake.

Lucas rubbed Seiji's back as he stood next to Tinania, looking out the window. "Whenever you decide you want to start heading back to home, we'll head to New Haven... That's where we'll be able to get more supplies and maybe some directions..."
There was a knock on the door.
Lucas turned and moved towards the door, still holding Seiji, and dragging the sheet behind him. "Yes?" He asked through the door, not intent on unlocking it unless he had to.
"It's me..." Lord Rikard said, "I have something that affects us all,"
Lucas sighed and unlocked the door, allowing his father in. In his hand was a letter with a black boarder and a seal of black wax. The seal was broken, and his father's face looked introspective and a little grim. He shut the door behind him and locked it again.
"I just got word from Moon Haven. The Matron there has just died, they're searching for her willed replacement."

Tinania turn. her face growing pale as she looks at Lucas's father "Amelia Losselin....is dead?" she seem to choke on these words as she looks at the letter held in Lord Rikard hand. It wasn't true, but she knew her grandmother owned that village. Her step grandfather had no control over it according her to her Aunt Morgana. Her eyes took on a rather pale green as she felt sick to her stomach at that very moment.
Seiji didn't have a clue as to what was going on, he just didn't like what was happening to his mother. Frowning he reaches over Lucas's shoulder. Making a few grunting noises as he tried to get free from Lucas.

Lucas went to her immediately, wrapping an arm around her and pulling her close, letting Seiji close to her as well, but keeping him in his arms for the most part. "Did you know her love?" he asked quietly.
"Yes, just yesterday..." He looked at Tinania with a new... slightly sly look in his eyes. "I apologize for your loss... were you related?"

Tinania nods as she licks her very dry lips "She was my grandmother, my mother is Callista Aylssa Losselin, twin to Melantha Ciryatan Losselin. They have a younger sister name Morgana Ireth Nenharma Losselin. My mother and Aunt Mel live on an Estate called Emerald Haven. Which isn't too far from this place and Moon Haven. I have been to Moon Haven as a child, my grandmother taught me to speak elven." hiding her face, she refused to cry. She knew her grandmother wouldn't want her to.
Seiji pats his mother's cheek before he babbles on about everything would be okay. Course, he didn't know what was going on, he just knew he had to make his mother smile again.

Lucas nodded slowly and then eyed his father. He had a glimmer of thought as to what he was thinking, and decided to n** it in the bud. "Will there be a service?"
"Yes, in about a week, they are still looking for her replacement..." Rikard turned his attention back to Tinania. "Callista is your mother? Small world... I've met her once or twice... We didn't really talk though. Melantha I remember as well, but not so much... And Morgana you say? No I can't say I remember her too much either, but then the last time I was at Moon Haven my father ran this estate..." He smiled a bit and bowed his head. "But I digress... We will keep you here until your mother is found, then get you too her safe and sound..." He eyed Lucas, his eyes giving away that he'd been caught in his idea.
Lucas nodded at his father, he knew that if he tried to pull anything Lucas would be who he'd have to deal with, and neither of them wanted that now that they had formed a truce of sorts. "Keep this information away from my mother though... You know She'd try to use it to her advantage..."
Rikard nodded and turned to the door. "Child... If there is anything I can do... No not hesitate to ask, you are like family here."

Tinania pulls from Lucas, shaking her head "I want to go find my mother myself. I want to go to Moon Haven, to see my grandmother even if she has left this world for the next one." it was at that moment that Amelia showed through even in Tinania. Proud and sure of herself, she would let no one stand in her way.
Turning to Lucas she looks at him "I have to send word to Emerald Haven, let my mother know what has happen. As well as my Aunts, they need to know also. As far as the will, I know where that is." pushing her hair from her face she turns back to Lord Rikard.
Seiji heads to the side, his cooing stop as he looked almost baffled by what was going on. His mother went from being upset to determined in a matter of seconds.

Rikard suppressed his anger and smiled at Tinania, bowing his head. "I'll get something for you write letters to them, and get a runner, if you can give him directions to Emerald Haven, I will see that you get an escort to Moon Haven..."
Lucas frowned. "No escort, I'll take her myself."
Rikard almost growled but smiled and nodded. "Fair enough,"

Shaking her head, Tinania frowns "No I will go myself, it will be quicker for me to go then to wait on another. I know where I am now, thus I know this place as if it were my home already." pulling open her massager bag, she pulls out a small blue disc. Tapping on a few of the buttons it grew larger as she tossed it near the ground. Only it didn't hit the ground, it instead hovered just above the ground.
Looking back up, she pulls her hair up into a ponytail "I just need the paper and some ink." turning she looks at Lucas then smiles "I need you to stay here with our son and watch over him. Seeing as he also blood, I would prefer your mother know he is not touched."
Seiji glances between the three adults, then shakes his head. He come to the conclusion that they were all strange, and that he should stay the way he was.

Lucas nodded his head and moved to Tinania kissing her softly before holding up Seiji. "We'll be here when you get back," he smiled. "And my mother will not lay a finger on him," He smiled, kissing the dragon's head.
Rikard was almost ready to tear the door off it's hinges but he nodded. "Alright then, I will go get you the writing things..."
He practically stormed off.
