Anatu's tail swished as he took his own plate and glass. He glanced at Kaspar as he seemingly didnt quite know where to go. Grinning he purred and moved to sit at the table, setting his stuff down the sitting, offering Kaspar a seat. "Eat here?"

Kaspar watched Anatu curiously at the indecision in the tiger then followed him to the table. "All right," he smiled and set himself and his food down. He looked at the sandwich for a moment feeling very hungry and hoping that it would be as good as he thought it was (of course it would be, especially since he was so hungry)! He glanced back at Anatu for a moment before picking up a sandwich half and taking a bite. It was very good...

Sandwiches were pretty basic. Purring a little the tiger took a bite of his own before setting it back on his plate and taking a sip of his juice after he finished chewing. Glancing at Kaspar as he ate he asked, "Is it okay?" He knew it would probably be so, but, might as well check.

Kaspar glanced up at Anatu and nodded, trying to smile but getting out half a smirk instead. But his eyes were smiling. "Mmhmm!" When he was finished with his mouthful he drank some juice then spoke, "I love sandwiches. We don't always get all the extras, like the lettuce and tomatoes. The tomato only keeps so long after you cut it up, so you have to figure out what else to do with it..."

Anatu's tail flicked as he grinned at the others obvious pleasure. "Yeah ~ But they're a fruit/veggie you can eat plain too. And lettuce you can make salads...." Pondering the ideas he grinned. Hen liked putting tuna on salads. It was goood ~

Kaspar smiled. "True! I don't do most of the cooking though... I wouldn't have thought of that..." Blushing a little at the admission, he went back to his sandwich.

The tiger purred with a grin, "You dont snack?" Taking a bite of his own sandwich, his ear flicked lightly. Anatu himself was quite a snacker at times, though it varied on what he ate.

"Not tomatoes, normally... I usually just snack on things I can quickly pull out of the cupboard or fridge." Kaspar looked back down at his sandwich and grinned a little before taking another bite.

Anatu's tail flicked... "I suppose tomatoes arent normal snacking foods..." He purred lightly as he gave a small shrug. "Here, there's enough people coming in and out of this house things dont really get a chance to go bad." He gave a reaffirming nod to himself slightly as he took a sip of his juice.

Kaspar glanced up at Anatu, considering the possibility that he might actually have been used as a comparison for normalcy. Most people thought the angel's "study for the sake of learning" behavior was particularly bizarre, especially for someone his age. Tomato was good for snacking though... there was that one instance... "Come to think of it... Canth - he raised me - sometimes offers tomatoes and avocado. He calls it 'brain food.' That and bananas," he added with a smile.

"Oh ~ Avocado is really good on sandwiches too." He gave a nod. He was a fan of basic staple foods then putting the together to make stuff. Hence why he liked cooking and baking~! Purring his tail flicked, "And Canth is the one... who makes the food at your house?" He was just refreshing since he was sure Kaspar referred to the other before at some time.

Kaspar considered it for a moment. "Pretty much... though Bri will pry himself from a book on occasion to try out a new recipe, especially if he's reading a cook book." He wore a mildly exasperated expression. Bri would read anything. He was not discriminating that way in the slightest. "But he's pretty good at it, and Canth will help out, so his 'whims' aren't disastrous or anything like that."

(( x_X; You fell off-line I think ~))
The tiger grinned. "Well thats good..." He could tell some disastrous tails of some of his house mates and their cooking... It could be frightening so he tended to cook just in general and leave ti so they could eat it. "Most of my house mates cant cook... Though... Nicea is pretty good. He likes to cook too. And Andrei can do basics, so he doesn't burn the house down which is nice."

(( I diiiid... *kicks messenger* It was only MSN too... >/ ))
These names meant nothing to the Angel, but he nodded anyway. That wasn't the point, after all, and he smiled. Chance could cook to save his life, that was true... he doubted Emory knew how to cook anything outside of a firepit. In fact he probably eat his food raw most of the time. "My brother might burn down the house... he burns popcorn even he watches it closely, but he usually gets distracted and wanders away... luckily someone's usually around to take over..." His eyes rolled to watch the ceiling; the possibility of what would happen if they weren't there was just too horrifying.

Of course they wouldnt since Kaspar had no idea who he was talking about. Tail flicking he listened as he took a bite of his sandwich. Chuckling at the idea of burning popcorn he gave a nod. "Oh yeah ~ Roo does that." He was probably the worst of all of them, hyper as all get out, short attention span and inept to anything kitchen food like. He just tended to know when he was hungry...
