Saibamen Seeds, like three seeds for 1200 like the Senzu Beans, each Saibaman would have 1500 Ki points and know techniques likes Self Destruct, Acid, Ki Blast, Energy Wave, and of course Flight. Though it is just an idea, if you accept the idea you could make them stronger, weaker, have different techniques, what ever you want.

YOu can already buy your own Gero Robot do you really need sabimen?
