Wish Granted! But then Ravenclaw's and Hufflepuff's students take advantage of their newly acquired regongnition and plot on ruling the school with EVIL!
So JK Rowling later finds this out and changes it back to the way it was.
I wish Sirius died more nobly or didn't die at all.

Sirius doesn't instead Draco does and the whole series ends. Then you are mobbed by crazy Draco fan girls for making the wish.
I wish someone would make a full sized replica of what Hogwart's would look like.

Wish granted! However, the replica is built on unsafe ground and it quickly crumbles and falls down to the ground, in ruins, before any of us had the chance to visit it. Such a shame. confused
I wish I had gotten a letter from Hogwarts on my eleven year birthday.

I wish that some of the magical creatures in Harry Potter were real.

Wish granted! But the Giants, the Dragons, and the nargles attack your hometown and somehow everyone knows you wished for them and attempt to burn you at the stake.
Oooh, tough break.
I wish that there was a different kind of transformation in the Potterverse. [ex. Animagus, Morphamagus, werewolf, etc.]

Wish granted but the transformation is into an ugly little vicious Porcupine and when you get hit with a quill you become on. Kind of stinks.
I wish that Justin Finch Fletchley would have been a bigger character.

Wish granted!!!! But he totally changes the direction of the book and becomes the new Lord Voldemort, but a lot tougher. So angry fans come and attack you for making that wish.
I wish the Hogwarts uniforms looked cooler!

Oh, I keep getting beat up.
Wish granted, but alot of people disagree about what is cool so their ends up being a big brawl in Hogwart's and houses are divided within themselves.
I wish Dumbledore and McGonigal had hooked up.

Wish Granted! But the day before they get married, Dumbledore reveals his gay nature [admitted by JK ROWLING herself!] and marries Flitwick!
I wish I had a Harry Potter Scarf and Socks with matching gloves!

I knew he was gay, but gay men temporarily go for women sometimes.
Wish granted, but the scarf, socks, and matching gloves are so small they would fit a Hamster.
I wish I could find something I could afford in Ravenclaw colors.

Haha, that's called denial. (In reference to your above comment.)
You get your wish, but only because you become colorblind and can't differentiate between the colors...so why not make everything blue and bronze?
I wish Hermione was secretly carrying on an affair with Percy during those nineteen years not covered by the epilogue.

Wish granted, but then all the other Weasleys find out and Mrs. Weasley and Hermione have a cat fight! They now hate eachother. sad *sneaks up quietly and steals Ron in all the commotion* x]
I wish Lupin was an Anamagi insted of a werewolf.

I wish more of Sirius' books scenes were put into the movies.
