How long have you been playing? Not long enough... five or six months? Five sounds right.
What model bass do you have? PK40-series.
Preferred method of playing? Fingered
Personal Influences? Dream Theater
Favored Bassist/Idol Bassist? John Myung
Any thing you'd like to add (about the rules or anything at all?)? Sure... my AIM screenname's Dreamgate Sabre, MSN is sabredog@gmail,com and YIM is images_and_sabredog if anyone's interested in IMing me (doubtful). I'm pretty young (younger than I act, so I don't like revealing my age online to prevent "lol u yung persin" etc.), and have only just got REALLY into music; Dream Theater and Mullmuzzler being two favourite bands, alongside Anubis Gate, Ayreon, Marty Friedman, At Vance, Angra, Arcturus and the lot... which I suppose would put my favourite genres as Progressive Metal, with a bit of Power, then some Symphonic and Avant-Garde thrown into the mix here and there. I live in England, and don't like giving out my name because it reveals my gender, and I prefer being identified as the opposite gender (and I'm not telling whether I'm lying about my gender in the avatar; that'd make it too obvious which I really am. Just guess =D). Though I'm far from perfect on the bass, I'm quite astonishming myself at the speed I'm progressing, though I can't for the life of me work out how to slap the bugger.
Oh, and of course, my Audioscrobbler can be found at www.audioscrobbler.com/sabredog . The favourite bands list tends to be quite accurate, but the favourite songs less so... About To Crash isn't even on there, and it's my favourite song of all time. Hollow Years would be quite high, as well. Piece of poo. =(

How long have you been playing? I did the math last night, 'cause when I applied I thought back and 2 years didn't seem right. It's actually three.
What model bass do you have? (all Fender electric bass guitars) I have a Precision bass (named Jay) and a Mark Hoppus Jazz Bass (named Mark!)
Preferred method of playing? No real preferences, but I like picking, I suppose.
Personal Influences? Mark Hoppus of blink-182. I love just how he sucks! xp Justin Hickey of my friend's band, Fallign Upwards (Newfoundland) 'cause he's pretty awesome. Mike Dirnt of Green Day. Noe he's ******** awesome. And I have alot of other influences, basically everything I listen to influences me someway.
Favored Bassist/Idol Bassist? Cone McCaslin (Sum 41)
Any thing you'd like to add? I'm a roadie with Falling Upwards, and they often stick me on on Justin's bass when he gets tired (he's also front vocals). About a year back I was bassist for months when Justin split open his left palm on a knife.
