Well if this mean not fighting Kata anymore i'm in for anything Ken thought to himself getting real for the challenge ahead
"Kage are you sure we can attack you openly" Ken ask in a tone that seem new to him did he worry about someone else's safety and well being?

"Ummmm..." Satou said thinking it out, "Sure why not."
He turned away from the kage and took out a kunai, an explosive tag, and a fake tag. He took off the paper on the kunai (between the blade and circle part) and wrapped his explosive tag in the same area. He then took the almost identical fake explosive tag and attached to circular part of the kunai.
If Dad's old method works then this guys in for a scare. he thought with confidence. he slipped it into the hidden pocket.

Deliverance shot his eyes toward the unknown voice beside the snow-touched trees. A female, grabbing her wrist, seemed to not only shock the face of the kage but also peak an interest. "Was she already there...? Did I miss her because of her chakra depletion...? Hmm... Nevertheless...."The Mizukage smiled looking back at another academy student who also influenced him to fight the group. He muttered a few words as he sways his hair back behind his ear which seemed to trigger the ground beside himself to cry and become living. As if something attempted to break from a suffocated position an ice clone began to break from the ground. Finally appearing fully, his once transparent body began to take color. The clone cracked its neck shaking off the few ice particles still remaining on his body. "Clone I want you to heal that woman right there."He points to the female keeping his eyes on his other three opponents. "You're fighting little kids Katsu"".... I am... Delieverance.""Yea, sure you are... whatever."The clone extended his neck upward as if attempting to snap it. He retracts his neck back quickly pulling both hands behind his body. The clone proceeds by running towards the end of the pillar flipping off of it but creating an ice slide with a deep incline to shoot him off and into his destination. "Chikara... Hmm....."

Shizuku could see the clone coming at her.
"It must be from that strong chakra I felt...it causes me pain. Is it an opponent?" She stared at the ice slide, and watched the clone move.
"It couldn't be an opponent...cause...it doesn't seem like it." She continued to sit on the ground, and watched the others on the pillar.
She didn't want to disturb them, and didn't want to be apart of whatever was going on. If the clone meant trouble, she'd fight it...if she had to. But she didn't know if it was a clone, or a real shinobi. As the clone grew nearer and nearer, she slowly slid back, beginning to get frightened. She winced, and bit her lip. She looked at her bandages, and cursed.
"Why me..." She complained, groaning. "This is a curse...I have been punished..." She whispered, groaning again.
"Just wait for the person...just keep waiting for them...then maybe attack..." She was gripping her wrist tightly with her hands, it was hurting badly. It was in one arm, and started to go up into the other.. "Ahh! Pain..."

Kata watched the clone of the kage run toward Shizuku then returned his gaze at what he thought to be the original. "What, she gets a 'you' all to herself while I've got to share!?" Kata yelled out.
Kata let some chakra fill his legs as he jumped high into the air so that he was level with Delieverence. Kata picked a few Shuriken from his holster and let them soar through the air at the kage. Kata didn't care if he hit his mark he focused on his landing while holding the kage in his peripheral vision.

((Excuse the absence... had to do a little big boy stuff... you know... work lmao..))
Delieverance smirks at the student creating an chakra infected ice kunai within the palm of his hand. He immediately deflects the two oncoming kunai still glancing at Ken as if his arm had moved on it's own defending the stand-still kage.
"Katsu-Sama tought me a secret art of weapon deflection... It's practically an ultimate defense as far as long and short range weapons are concerned. Now, time to begin!"
Delieverance sweeps the ground with his foot, chakra-attaching one of the previously deflected kunai. With his back turned to his opponents he performs a back somersault firing the properly balanced foot kunai as well as the ice kunai within his hand at kata. His back, turned once again to his opponents, immediately becomes unshown as he turns around again. He than returns to Ken and Satou jumping directly towards Ken using the pillar as momentum to push off of.
"The metal molder of Kirigakure!!! Let's see your strength!"
Delieverance spoke with a twisted grin upon his face that seemed to simplify no remorse for the damage to soon be done.

As Kata's toe touched the ground he brought his blade down as if to broke the incoming kunai, but instead he swung his sword too early. Kata's sword stopped just below the kunai, the soft-tip of the sword, by inertia, kept moving downward, then the potenial energy created by the blade bending on it's self flung the tip up faster then it came down, sending the kunai sailing straight upwards into the sky. Kata fellinto a sidewas roll when his other foot touched the ground making more room for the kage to land. "Ken, Jump!" Kata spoke before flinging himself backwards on to the next pillar.

A figure draped in all black from the black hat that cover his face, to the black trench coat covering most of his body, down to the black gloves and shoes. He stood well into the forest, the only one that might notice him was the kage, everyone else would be blind to his presence he definitely beyond his peers, he not only had more skill and intelligentce, but didn't flaunt it like Kata. The figure just watched from afar gripping a large cross made of a black metal.

Satou saw the kage coming towards the pillar. He quickly reacted by taking out the kunai he had previously made and threw it down on the pillar with enough force that three inches of the kunai pierced the pillar. He saw that the fake tag had begun to detonate, so he purposely fell back into the water. Well knowing that the explosive tag was one of the powerful he had, after all he had stole it from the stash his dad had were he kept his jutsu scrolls and katanas. As he sank down a couple of feet he remembered that ken was up there and he could kill them both. Satou started to swim back up to the surface to warn them hoping it wasn't to late.

"An Exploding tag eh...? Let's even it out a bit than..."
Delieverance launches two of his koori fuin attached kunai towards the pillar. He lands as the large spike columns of ice not only arise and surround the pillar but begin to cover the pillar itself.
"I'd get out of the water if I were you Satou... That ice ain't gonna stop..."
((Now... for my clone...))
Delieverance's clone, finally reaching the girl begins to walk over towards her with an eery glow in its eyes and a water-cloaked hand.
"The Kage's fighting all you twerps! Get over there and show em what ya got kid... and just between you and me his eyes grew in delight and excitement as he hadn't seen you once he approached this battlefield so you better be good cuz he's definetly not gonna be easy on you... got it...? anyway, my job's to heal you and tell you to get yer a** over there with your friends... so here..."
Delieverance's clone throws the ball of healing water at the girl engulfing her body for a short period of time. In no sense of holding back the clone had temporarily drowned the girl with the living water jutsu.
"Stupid... He ain't no damn delieverance no more... He don't know who he is... Maybe Katsu ain't fully take over yet... thats gotta be it... Oh yea..."
The clone smiles noticing the girl to die at his whim but shrugs his shoulder dousing the healing water jutsu back into his palm and than back into the river itself...

"Pardon you, but those guys aren't my friends at all. I know no one here. Who are you to tell me what I can and cannot do?" Shizuku got up to her feet, and coughed. She could still feel the burning in her wrists.
"Your healing sucks, you can't take the pain away of these." She held up her bandaged wrists to him.
"I guess cause it's a curse." She gave a slight, sad laugh to the fact. "Who is this...Delieverance, and why are we fighting. You must be a clone, a pitiful one at that." She spat near his feet.

"Kata thanks for the heads up but don't worry to much about. Whe need to worry more about how we're going to take this guy down." Ken yelled while trying to jump to the next pillar.
"Man i need to start helping and stop being so self-centered" Ken thought

Kata stood his ground but remembered Shizuku, glancing backwards he could see her arguing with what he thought was the clone of the kage. 'That damn brat, she should be over here helping take down this guy!Dammit, if only I were stronger we wouldn't have to worry about him even if he is the Mizukage!' Kata swung his head back to face the Mizukage. 'This is bad, we're only Academy level yet the kage wants to fight us? well none of our attacks from afar are going to hit so....' Kata ran to the edge of the pillar launching himself into the air, as he hit the kage's pillar he let his feet and hands hold him tight against the wall as he ran upwards.
