Hula said it was cruel and unnecessary for whoever responded to say that more insects and smaller spiders would then overpopulate. She should have expected this result, and not complained about her arachnophobia, and thus eliciting an apology from others. It is her fault, and the way she acted seems to me to require an apology from her to those involved.
