Lucas nods, and kicking the bear down the hill they slide for some distance before shambling towards the gate. Already Lucas sees they are not alone, and he files into the city with the others, the guards are not bothering to check those who enter, since word has reached the city of the attack on the outlying towns in the area.
Once they are in the walls, Lucas slows, and begins to look about as the bear slows it's pace, letting it's claws click on the cobbles. The city is your average walled burg, the houses built close together, thankfully no thatching or wood is present, else it would be a worse fire hazard than it already is. Each building they pass is a muddy brown stone affair, the roofs tiled in dark slate. Signs showing the establishment hang and swing as the weather begins to turn for the worse.
Lucas turned down a little used sides street, looking for one particular sign. When he spotted it, he pulled up next to the door and dismounted, motioning for the two cats to help him with Tinania. "We need to get her inside..." He said gently. "This is the best healer in Fair Haven, and if he can't help her... No one can."

Rose was the first one down, and once again before she hit the ground she transforms. landing she turns to help Lucas with Tinania "Hopefully he knows a think about elven, human and fairy blood..." mewing, she grunts as she rest part of Tinania's body against her.
Kaela carefully slide down off the bear, her eyes searching the area. Holding Seiji close she looks down as she feels him stir against her chest.
Seiji eyes flutter before he yawns, his eyes opening slowly. Looking around he blinks before he looks back up at Kaela. Tilting his eyes, he gives her the most questioning face before resting his head on her chest.

Lucas nods. "Don't get much of that around here... But I'm sure he knows something..." Lucas shoulders open the door and helps Rose bring Tinania in. He doesn't even see the older man, who is sitting at his desk. Placing Tinania down on the nearest bed he looks up. "We need help."
The old man grunts and waves his hand. "Be with you in a minute..."

Rose was the one that growls at the old mans words. Turning she narrows her eyes as she moves towards the desk "Excuse me, we have someone here who was shot with an arrow covered in poison. So unless you want to see how I react if she dies. I advise you to get up and take a look at her." her voice held venom in it, even though she was trying to hardest not to get too pissed.
Kaela just shook her head she she purrs at Seiji "We are resting for now Seiji, are you hungry sweetie?" her ears twitch as she looks up looking of the main room.
Seiji lets out a giggle before he claps his hands together. Opening and closing his hands he looks toward Lucas then laughs again. Laying his head back on Kaela's chest, he place his thumb into his mouth as he settles down.

Lucas frowned. "Dr. Vhen this is urgent..." Lucas moved to the desk, placing his hands on it. "Like she said, she is gravely injured. A Wild One arrow..."
The Dr. Vhen sighed and stood, and upon standing it became apparent that he was not human, but elven. Shaking his head the old elf sighed, and brushing off his coat he moved over to the cot-bed. "Let me see the wound."
Lucas nodded and started to work on getting it visable.

Taking a step back, Rose moves to stand at her sisters side. She remains quiet as she watches Lucas work at Tinania's clothes to reveal the wound. Her tail smacks the ground a few times, which shows the only sign of being nervous.
Kaela looks at her sister, before looking down at Seiji. As much as she wanted to panic alittle, she had to stay calm for the child's sake. Leaning down, she brushes her lips against his hair before hugging Seiji closer to her body.
Seiji giggles as he squirms in Kaela's arms. Wings flapping he yawns again as he closes his eyes. it wasn't that he was tired, he was just content thanks to the warmth.
The area where the arrow shot Tinania on her shoulder was a sickly pale color. It was infected thanks to the redness and the heat coming from it. moaning in her sleep, Tinania winces as she opens her eyes slowly "Why do I feel like I was hit by a car?"

Lucas moved to her side and brushed her hair. "You got tagged by an arrow it's going to be okay..." He looked up at Dr. Vhen, who was busy looking at the wound, tapping his chin.
"You used a tincture on this yes?"
Lucas nodded and smiled at Tinania. "Yes, I did, and kept her warm through the night."
"Hmmm... Aside from the infection, which I should be able to clear up... It looks alright. Dr. Vhen stepped away and moved over to a shelf and started to dig through viles and jars. "Hmm... yes, yes... This should do..."

Rose smiles when she hears Tinania's voice. Sliding to the floor, she pulls her kneels up to her chest as she finally allows herself to let all the feelings out. Hiding her face, her body trembles but she doesn't move from her spot.
Kaela watches her sister, a small smile forming across her face. She knew that Rose would be fine, she just had to let everything out. Looking away she pulls Seiji away alittle as she smiles at him "Seiji how about be go lay on one of the empty beds?" moving to and empty bed, she lays down with the toddler next to her.
Seiji giggles as he pokes Kaela light in the nose. Yawning again, his eyes fall close as he listens to the breathing and purring Kaela was creating.
Tinania winces as she closes her eyes "If this is what its like getting his by an arrow, I never want this to happen again..." shaking her head, she chuckles as she looks up at Lucas. Part of her was glad that she was awake, the other half however wanted to slip back under that deep come like sleep she was in.

Lucas chuckled lightly. "Doesn't help that the arrow was covered in poison." Shaking his head he leaned down and kissed her forehead, squeezing her hand gently. He was glad that she was going to be okay.
Dr. Vhen returned, and quickly began mixing together a salve. When he finished, he smeared some on the wound and handed a jar to Lucas. "Rub in three times daily, and the infection should be gone in short order. Make sure she gets lots of rest and liquids, and do not let her exert herself. Also, I would suggest refraining from breast feeding your child until the infection heals, I'm not quite sure if it would be healthy for it." The Dr. looked over at Seiji. "Though I have to say, how the two of you managed to have such and odd looking child attests to the diversity of the outlying towns I must say..."

Closing her eyes she chuckles before smiling. She heard the doctors worlds, so she figured she would allow Lucas to explain Seiji. Giving his hand a small squeeze yawns alittle before wincing. She knew she was in for some pain for awhile.
Peeking up at the others, Rose arches a brow before she mews. Shaking her head, she lifts her hand pushing her hair from her face. Oh this was going to be interesting.
Kaela too was rather interested in what Lucas would say about Seiji. After all the child wasn't his, nor was he born from Tinania. Tail smacking the bed, she glances down when she hears a small giggle come from the sleeping Seiji.

Lucas thought for a moment before he made the choice of how he was going to say this. "We were quite surprised ourselves to be honest Dr. It wasn't an easy pregnancy or birth as I'm sure you can tell." He smiled down at Tinania. "But she did a wonderful job, and now we have a beautiful son."
He nudged her lightly in the side, waiting for her to respond by opening her eyes, and when she does so. He mouths Play along! to Tinania when he looked her in the eyes so the doctor couldn't see. He was doing this partially to make it hard for his father to find him, not that it would matter... Seeing Dr. Vhen had practically garuenteed it. He wanted that story to circulate, if he was married... With a child...
Maybe she would leave him alone...

Tinania's eyes did indeed open, only as she pales. Looking up at Lucas she would have said something, if she hadn't seen his lips. Inwards she frowns, and it was in her eyes that Lucas could see he had some explaining to do. Wincing she sits up alittle resting her head against Lucas's stomach "Yes that little one there wasn't easy. But he our bundle of joy now.."
Neither Rose or Kaela said a word, they just looked between eachother then back at Tinania. They were starting to wonder if the poison didn't go to Tinania's head while she was in her deep sleep.
Seiji wings flap alittle in his sleep. Making a few cooing noises, he reaches out only to rest his hand on Kaela's fur.

The Doctor nodded and chuckled. "You have fun with that one, not many parents can attest they have children half as lively as that one seems to be." He shook his head and turned placing things back on shelves. "Should I contact your father and let him know you're in town?"
Lucas sat there for a moment debating... He knew if he said know the doctor would anyway, if he valued keeping his practice anyway. "Yeah... Probably would be best coming from you and not some puffed up shopkeep... He'd more likely believe you anyway..."
The Doctor nodded and sat back down at his desk. "Go ahead and get some rest, I'll bill him the invoice and send him a letter letting him know where to find you."

Tinania looks up at Lucas, her eyes burying into his as she attempted to question him. Why in heaven would he say they were married, and Seiji look like neither of them. Reaching up she tugs at Lucas's shirt, hoping it would make him lay down next to her.
Rose at this point didn't want to know what was going on at all. Shaking her head, she carefully slips on onto the bed with Seiji and Kaela. Closing her eyes she yawns alittle. Sleep was finally getting to her, and she well earned it as was as she thought.
Kaela smiels as she watches her sister. Sitting up alittle she pokes Rose in the nose before she looks back down at Seiji. Seeing him content in his sleep, she just rest her head back onto the pillow.

Lucas slid down next to her and smiled. Not quite realizing he was about to be neck deep in the doghouse. He rubbed her side absently with his hand, happy that she was alive. That was really his major focus right now, the fact that she was alive.
Already the dread of facing his father again was starting to build. It would not be a happy reunion he knew, but he was sure that his father would be happy to hear that he would only be staying long enough to see Tinania healed and them outfitted for the long trek back to wherever she'd come.
