Amaya and Lunar landed with out any difficulty. Lunar wrinkling her nose at the smell that seemed to surround the entire place.

Ace5262 Amaya and Lunar landed with out any difficulty. Lunar wrinkling her nose at the smell that seemed to surround the entire place. *He landed with a saddened look, looking around slowly over the wasteland. Not too far off to the west, outlined against the sunlight, was a crudely constructed, ancient Phares symbol- not one that apologized to the land, but one that mourned the dead, one that declared where it stood the site where a great warrior had died, and that his passing should grieve the world. He padded slowly over to it, running a claw gently over hte dirt directly in front of it* "My dragon friend, Berriall, was here when the land was Broken. He tried to stop them. And they killed him...This form is a homage to his memory." *He whispered softly, shaking his head* "I should have been here to help him." *He glanced around, looking distracted*

Fiora and Erif had landed as well, and Fiora looked sadly over at Kouryou as he saw the memorial of his friend. "This is awful..." she said slowly as she bent down and laid a hand on the ground, feeling its destroyed state. Erif wandered around sniffing the air and ground...

As horrible as it is... Why was it done? there must be some evidience as to why it was done." Amaya says, not bothering to touch the injured land. She felt the pain strongly enough just being near it.
Luna shook her head. "I don't know if its something that can be found Amaya."
Amaya however trotted along the broken land, a little away from the others.
Lunar as usual followed.

"Whatever their reason, they didnt exactly mark it here...." *he whispers softly, shaking his head. He padded along slowly, the sand crunching softly beneath his feet. Not all of it was blasted clean- occasionally there was the spindled, stick-like remains of a tree left standing, off to the north a cracked, dry riverbed, the air stale and dusty. He padded over to one of the trees, shaking his head softly* "They were powerful Phares. We can at least start this place onto recovery. It will take a long time for it to go back to the way it was."

(woooops...sorry 'bout my lack of posting...I've kinda been in a rp slump...and when katie reminded me to post...she forgot to mention this rp and it completely slipped my mind^^')
Fiora wandered around the ground, feeling the pain of the land in her body. "Yes, starting a recovery would be the best thing..." she said softly as she bent down and touched a piece of the destroyed land with her hand.

In time it will be whole again...but it cannot be again what it once was."

"Yee of little faith." She sat on a stump of a tree, and rested her paw on the center of the stump. A small plant sprang up from the center, a baby tree of what once was, two leaves grwoing from the small stalk.
Luna laughed and stood up on her hind legs and looked at the little stalk, a few drops of rain fallng over it. "Its cute!"

(Excuse me for not being able to put names to s/ns as easily as you can, I havent known them for as long as you have...Its fixed.)
*He smiled softly as he saw the small plant, tilting his head* "Mm, Perhaps you're right." *he smiled softly, tracing his paw along a line of sand, grass sprouting up behind his paw.* "A small start, but one pebble shifting on a mountain can cause a landslide."

Fiora bent down and ran her fingers along a line of dead shrubs, they started to show a small sign of life...but there was really not a lot she could do since her main ability was fire and she didn't think that would do much help.
Erif just walked around picking up dead branches with his claws and flying them away to dispose of them.

Amaya shrugged some and watched the little sprout, while Lunar ran around watering the hard rock ground so things would grow there again.

Ace5262 Amaya shrugged some and watched the little sprout, while Lunar ran around watering the hard rock ground so things would grow there again. *The ground seemed relieved to be watered, the rock around the sprouts hugging the plants as if the very ground itself had not believed that it could once again support life. Little by little they created a small clearing, his large paws running over the rock and breaking it into fertile topsoil for the plants*

*Kouryou sighed softly and sat back on his haunches as the little clearing, a small patch of green agains the desolate landscape, was finally large enough to stand its own, resting a paw on his friends' grave and a wave of grass sprouting up over it, twisting and growing upward until it formed a grand tree, strong branches swaying in the breeze* "He'll guard it for us while we're away."
