"It's not mine either, but I have to deal with it." Star retorted. She then turned to look for Nathan's reaction, but he was too busy watching....Melissa? What the...?

Nathan haddent heard Star, all he could focus on was Melissa and he didnt know why. Without warning his cell vibrated and he looked at the text. It was from his foster mom and he smiled it said plainly 'yes'. He turned to Star and said "can you do something for me?"

Suddenly feeling watched, Mel lifted her eyes from the notebook and looked around. Listening to the exchange between Nathan and Styar, she was a tad stunned; she'd never seen him stand up to a girl before. With a smile on her lips, she looked at him and was amazed at seeing him looking back.
Immediately feeling flushed, the girl turned subtly to the front again. What was going on? Why was he looking at her? Maybe Star had plastered a nasty sign she hadn't noticed when they talked in the morning...it was just like her to pull a prank. Suddenly very self-aware, and blushing violently, the girl focused on the blackboard and on her notes.

Ophelia had muttered "b***h" Under her breath when Star made her very rude remark toward Trev. She tilted her head in Trevs derection and made funny faces imitating Star to try and cheer him up.

"What is it?" Star said bluntly. She was a bit pissed off that Nathan had been looking at another girl..especially her.

"I have self respect." Trevver mumbled, slouching in his seat. Gosh, why was everyone trying to harsh his boner? That was a figure of speech, don't think of it in any other way. He had to hold back from laughing as Ophelia tried to cheer him up with nasty impressions of Star though, and was kind of failing at it. That was about the only thing he ever failed at, hiding his emotions. But the comments from Star and Nathan hadn't really bothered him, when he was happy, nothing could get to him. Well, besides maybe some more sugar, but eh.

Ophelia smiled, something that she actually did often...just not around people. She was glad that she had cheered him up. Ophelia never understood Stars bitchy attitude and if she made one more comment about Ophelia outfits she would probably deck her one.
Calm down Ophelia, love not war remember? Yeah but this girl seriously needs her a** handed to her! Fighting doesnt resolve anything. She aurgued with her self in her head as she finished her drawing of a Victorian girl sitting down at a mad tea party.

Star's face instanly flushed. She jumped up. "First you tell me to keep quite about the fact that you read, and like poetry, now you want me to invite that nerd," she shouted, pointing her finger at Melissa, "To your party!? What the hell is wrong with you!?" Star said, really pissed off now. How could he not like her, but want melissa at his party? The teacher was giving her a death stae, and Star just stomped off, knowing she was being sent to the principle's office. Before she left though, she yelled one last thing.
"I hope you're happy. Now she knows you want her at your party to do god knows what to her.." With that, Star slammed the classroom door and stormed off to the office.

Nathan stared blankly at the door as Star stormed off and slowly turned to look at Mellissa hoping she didnt belive what Star said. Now he regreted ever asking Star to send the invirte.... and in retrospect it had been a bad idea.

Melissa's concentration was once again broke as Star decided to start a shouting match with Nathan. Still a bit flushed, her face went from red to deathly white as she heard what the girl shouted, however. People were staring at her, gigling. What the hell was going on? Nathan wanted her in a party? Why? Looking at him, then at the door through which Star had just left, the girl was dumbstruck with embarrassment. It just didn't make sense.

Damien had been minding his own business when the sudden outburst between Star and Nathan happened. He felt frustrated at how childish they were, but also somewhat bemused by Star's flushed cheeks. She did look rather stunning when angry, he decided. However, he flinched when she slammed the door behind her. He started to wonder why it was that he had a crush on her. Of course, the fight between these two had nothing to do wtih him, so he shrugged the matter aside and returned to writing in his notebook.

Alexxandria sighed. She folllowed some people down the halls. She saw someone that everyone had been calling Star.
LOOKED nice. Alexx wrote a note to a girl she had heard everyone call "Star." So she went up to her and said "Hi Star" with a big smile as everyone gave her a stare that said I am so sorry for you.

Ophelia made a 'yes' motion with her arm Star Ferns finally got denied. She was laughing until she noticed that everyoneelse was laughing at Melissa. She jumped up, rushed to melissa, garbbed her arm, and led her out of the class room, shooting a death glare at anyone who dared to laugh. She and Melissa were pretty good friends so when they got out into the hall way she sat her down and asked, "You ok?"
