My hwole family is made of right-wing zealots who think you're going to hell if you dont think exactly how the bible says to... so, of course I'll never tell them im bi! I just told one of my closest friends (it's a girl, so she doesnt think differently of me) and having just one person to confide in really helps.... for ppl with problems similar to mine- try to just tell one person, but hide it. You'll have somebody to talk to about it, but it won't be out in the open... or you could always talk to ppl in this guild! *loves this guild* yeah... hope that helped...

My dad hates all things gay/bisexual and anything pertaining that sort of behaviour. I am bisexual. He said if I were "queer" he'd disown me. I have a good relationship with him and he's the only parent of mine I can be in the same room with. My dad saw something I posted here and acts weird around me. I lied my way out of the post but I don't feel I should have to hide who I am.
There's also someone I go to for advice, an english teacher of mine, but she's a steadfast Christian and I don't want to loose her because of my nature. I need to get this off my chest and only my dad has the slightest notion. I respect my teacher and I know she respects me but . . . ? And whenever I've had something to deal with she has always helped me through it. Please give me advice . . . I don't know what to do.

I don't know what to do. i think...your father would only have said that he'd disown you, if he didn't know....if he has seen a post, pertaining to yourself being bi, then i think he's probably going over things in his mind...wondering if he's right about what he's thinking...wondering what to do about the situation.... because i'm hopeful that there aren't very many parents who would kick their children from their homes, just because they like sleeping with other people... and, as for your teacher.....biastly, i would have to say, that because she is christian, there's a chance she won't be as understanding as you'd like her to be....but....why say something liiike....you're worried about your cusin, because her dad is really really really mad at the fact that she's bisexual, and, you think you should do something about, it, but don't know what to do.... that way, she wont question 'you', and will probably give you some advice you'd actually like to hear. *shrugs*

I , personally havnt been exposed yet, ive only told one person and he is alright with it, and dosnt care ^_^ i dont know what to do now though.... only time will tell

My dad is a really big homophobe and i always fear hes gonna find out. And i just told my best friend that i was gay. After i told him, he told me he was BI. I was like... eek . Anyway, ever since ive been really down. Ive also been paying attention to people calling me queer by trying to be mean. it really gets me mad...i just wanna yell "Yeah im a f*****t! So what?!?". but ive been trying to tell more people, but im afraid it might be told to my dad and he'd kill me.....its very difficult....help... crying

I would start by just telling the people who you can honestly trust. I've only told 3 people that im bi, and they don't mind (Unfortuantly, they're str cool but on the otherhand, maybe you could make someone up and tell your dad about them and then eventually tell your dad that they made a hit on the same gender neutral maybe that won't work lol sweatdrop . Uhm, yeah i've noticed that to. People calling me 'gay' not queer, but they don't know that im bi or anything. Just makes ya want to get a bottle, smash it and hit 'em with it xd . I think my parents r homophobics so i don't know where to go from there razz and erm... remember this phrase: (no offence) 'It's Homophobics that are queer.' - loginbin3000 xd whee
