I think I like Lisa the best. I think I can identify with her moral & social concerns, or at least look at her with admiration of what I want to be and what the crew of The Simpsons combine themselves to be. I think I read or heard from the DVDs that Lisa is their combined voices with regards to morality & social concerns. Perhaps the most evident of this is one of the crew members, maybe Bill Oakley, was a vegetarian for many years, and they finally made the connection between Lisa being the voice of liberal reasoning and the morality of vegetarianism. I think she became a vegetarian in about season six...so six years to have this precocious character not address the issue of animal rights with regards to food was sort of a slap in the face as they actually figured it out.
I simply remember the first episode, Simpsons Roasting..., when Patty/Selma were "bad-moiuthing [her] father" and Lisa gave this wonderful little speech about how "he's the only father [she's] got" and how his relationship with her will "govern [her] adult relationships" so "any knock at him is a knock at [her]." I also love when Homer asks Lisa about marital advice when he starts to teach that adult course on marriage, and Lisa says "the only reason why two people come together is because they give each other something no one else can." That kind of stuff from Lisa, or even throughout the entirety of the show, is absolutely insightul.

SIDESHOWBOB! =) Without a doubt he is my favorite character! Have you ever seen a character so awesome? Sideshowbob is not only *Plotting destruction *Has a really neat evil laugh (MUAHHHHHH!) BUT HE ALSO WEARS A GRASS SKIRT! You CAN'T beat that man! =) ninja ninja ninja ninja ninja
