I hate most of the Dream of Doll catalogue (they all look the same, and they all have the exact same flaws! At least they're consistent?) and the majority of Dollzone models. (Basically all of the original minis save for the Xi, who is adorable but needs to have a smaller head.) Their newer dolls are alright.
Don't like AoD either. And Bobobie (or as I call them, "boobie") just all need to go away. I've only ever seen maybe two that I like, and that's because their owner actually knew how to take decent pictures of them and didn't dress them poorly.

Most of Bishounenhouse's dolls are really... wtf. But Donn made this beautiful vampire head that I could actually see myself owning if the bodies weren't so awful.

Uh, actually they aren't. My Xi is far sturdier than any of my Volks dolls. Dollzones are of great resin quality. Mine has not yellowed or stained. They pose very nicely and they even come pre-sanded.
However, that still doesn't excuse the fact that most of their dolls are ******** ugly. Just wanted to set the record straight.

I've actually only ever had problems with Volks dolls. Every other doll brand I've dealt with has been wonderful. The dolls are sturdy, the resin quality is great. No complaints.

But my Volks, the so called "high end" dolls? They chip, their s-hooks break, their faceups rub off. Everything. And I treat my dolls like princesses. So either I'm doing something wrong, or Volks is, and I'm pretty damned sure it isn't me.

There isn't a single doll out there I hate, there are just dolls I'm not fond of. 3nodding

When it first came out, DoD had a thread full of great ideas on what to do with the thing. Someone photoshopped it into Two-Face from Batman (it's a perfect likeness)
Someone else had wanted to buy one and put it in the background of mushy yaoi photostories.

But really, I'll buy anything as long as the quality is good and I like the mold.

I think they got a new sculptor or something recently. They've started making dolls that actually look ASIAN, which is really awesome. Can't really say I care too much about the latest 4 ish boy molds, but the Jinwoo? OH BABY.
