That was sooner than I expected! All right!
Now I must try and evolve Setoshi Nidoran (male) into Nidorino.
My guess is next level.

Officer Zap gained a level. He is now level 38. Lucky me. There are only stat changes for him. Unfortunately, no new moves.

It looks like I was correct about Setoshi Nidoran (male) he evolved into Nidorino in one level.
Now I need to change my party a bit with three new possible evolvers.

The next lucky Pokemon that is going to undergo evolutionary training is Lenient Pidgey!
Currently at level 6, this Pokemon has 12 levels to go before he becomes a Pigeotto, and then an additional 18 before he fully evolves into Pigeot.
This Pokemon will have up-to-the-minute coverage here in this very thread.

Lenient is now level 9. He learned the move called gust. As the move's name suggests, its a flying based move.
Often given to bird-type pokemon or dragons.
