Nephrite and Jadeite sat there in shock. They rarely see Zoisite mad or angry. They glanced at each other and back at the white Tennou who sat their in silence with no expression, no sign of emotion on his face.

Beryl was not impressed with Kunzite's tone, not that it was unexpected of course. She withdrew the item that kept him tied to her and held power over him, the black rose. "Your attack on Endymion was not warranted, not will I have any of that sort of reckless behaviour again!" she announced. "The others are beginning to doubt me, but that won't be for long. You're going to be an example for them."~*~ Kunzite's eyes flashed over to the flower. He had underestimated it before, and Metallia's power was growing. "I somehow doubt that," he retorted. "I'll have my revenge, you won't be able to stop me."

Mamoru smiled to himself, realizing that Usagi was acting like her normal self again."Okay then. But are you sure you're alright? He said, unable to keep the concern from his voice. He stood up and offered her his hand to help her up.

Beryl didn't bother with a verbal reply. Instead she invoked Metalia's energy, which came forth from the flower in what looked like bits of black pollen. Beryl's plan was to remove Kunzite's freewill entirely, making him more or less a puppet. He would be less powerful that way, but much more predictable.
As soon as Metalia's energy was released, Kunzite knew what Beryl was doing, and he fought it as long as he could. Focusing on his feelings of anger and revenge. It worked at first, but slowly he felt his will to fight draining. She was winning. His right hand gripped the hilt of his sword, his intention was to draw it and attack Beryl herself at this point, but his hand fell from the weapon before he could use it. He sunk to his knees in defeat.
"Good," Beryl said with a smile as she cut off Metalia's energy. "Now, why don't we have a little chat with Jadeite next?"
The Dark Kingdom queen looked up and summoned Jadeite. Jadeite, appear in front of me immediately.

Sailor Jupiter dropped her transformation and joined Minako and Ami. "I'm not sure what we do. I think we should just wait until Usagi finishes up her business. It might seem more respectful if we include her."

Minako cast an annoyed glance over her shoulder. She hated that she could not prevent the prince and princess from being together. Their world was surely doomed no matter how one looked at it. "I think it would be in everyone's best interest if we left Usagi and the prince out of this," she said in a low voice so that only Ami, Makoto, and Rei could hear her.~*~ Usagi, oblivious to what the other Senshi were doing, just flashed another huge smile at Mamoru. "I am fine! Not a scratch on me!" she said quickly. She did not want to think about anything concerning the incident that just occurred. She just wanted to get on with life as it was meant to be. And that meant bringing Mamoru home to meet Mama and Shingo.
She got up off the ground, tugging on Mamoru's arm so he would do the same and turned in the direction she believed was home. "Let's go!" she cheered, pumping her fist in the air.

Jadeite appeared in front of Queen Beryl, he knew he was going to get punished for disobeying her orders, but somehow, Jadeite didn't care, nor did he apologize and suck up to her like he always do. This time he just stood their in silence with his eyes closed, waiting for his punishment.

Queen Beryl smiled when Jadeite appeared quickly and waited silently. "Jadeite," she began, her voice much more calm and gentle compared to just moments ago. "Did you not hear me earlier? You did not respond to my orders."

Zoisite saw Jadeite disapear from the room. He knew that Beryl teleported him to her chambers. He closed his eyes and started to play. He hoped that Jadeite stay strong and continue to support Master. He stoped mid note and cringe at a thought and continue playing. He must warn Master about Beryl.

Nephrite saw Jadeite disappeared from the room. He knew that Beryl had summoned him and probably drilling him about why he disobeyed her orders. He looked over towards Zoisite who was concentrating on his piece. Nephrite knew he was next, and be like the last time.
Jadeite looked at the ground. He was frozen in place. He knew Beryl was angry, but he didn't know why he disobeyed her orders. He remember hearing his voice in the back of his mind saying don't do it. Could it be one of Zoisite's tactics? It couldn't be since Beryl had complete control over him, maybe he is slowly remembering the past as man who served Prince Endymion. "Queen Beryl. I don't know why, but please tell me my punishment"
Jadeite shut his mouth fast. He never spoke to Beryl so informally before. He always address her as Queen Beryl-sama, but why did he address her informally just now?

Beryl raised an eyebrow at the informal speech, but did not comment on it. "What makes you think I plan to punish you?" She stepped off her dais, completely ignoring Kunzite who was still kneeling on the floor, and approached Jadeite. "Until now, you've been most loyal and the one I trust the most." Beryl placed her hands on Jadeite's shoulders. Even though she towered over him, her expression and tone were both soft and soothing. "Should I be doubting your love for me now?"

"Okay, let's go." Mamoru chuckled at Usagi's excitement and started to follow her. He grinned. With her enthusiasm it was hard not to start smiling. Although, he had to admit that he felt a little bit nervous to meet her family. But if that is what she wanted, he would go. "So, do you think they will like me?" He wondered.

"I think Mama will be excited to meet you," Usagi replied, turning so that she was walking backwards. She wanted to face him while talking to him, despite knowing she could fall or walk into something. 'Besides, Mamoru would tell me if I were about to get hurt or something,' she thought as she yammered on about how Mama and Shingo had been teasing her earlier that morning about him.

Jadeite continued to look down, he could see the hem of Beryl's purple dress and her hand on his shoulder. "I...I...I..." Jadeite stuttered.
Jadeite quickly brushed her hand of his shoulder. He turned around and ran out of the room, far as he can go. It is impossible to hide from Beryl, no matter where you go, she will find you. Jadeite ducked into an alcove and started to cry.

Beryl let Jadeite go for now. She would deal with him after the other two. 'Nephrite and Zoisite. I want both of you here now.' No sense in handling these two separately, they would be getting similar treatment. With a wave of her hand, she had Kunzite stand, but remain where he was as she returned to her dais.
