Despite the series's existence... it still kind of falls in the niche quality and therefore, presents slightly more difficulties to round up fan works together or nearby.

I did not know this existed until now~
I really want the Atelier Series artbook!!
It's called the "Atelier Series Official Chronicle."

Here's a detailed review and some pictures of the book's contents.
It's quite long (272 pages!) and large (A4).
Also contains a small CD with 6 tracks.
The price is not bad for a artbook of its size and the CD added to it.


Shipping is probably a pain however.. unless I get lucky and go to Kinokuniya Bookstore one day. Sometimes they have artbooks and were quite affordable.. at least some of them anyway.

The DS games art doesn't seem to be in here sadly. Perhaps they'll make a separate artbook for that since there's already a string (the third coming soon) of titles already.

EDIT: They did already LOL. Atelier Lise and Annie Artbook.

I think the scans will surface somehow.. but having a physical copy sometimes feels much more fulfilling. ^^

Unlike general products like logo'd shirts and cups.. artbooks is something I may consider if I really want to have something from a series other than the physical games (er.. it depends now actually).

The artbook looks fantastic to have (especially to those who doesn't really collect other branded merchandise and just wants to get a good treat beyond the games)~

I'll put it on my wishlist.. but it's not a immediate need at the moment. :'D;;

Wow~ I didn't know NIS-Europe is handling Atelier Rorona.

I thought that it'd be in the US operations as well since they tend to come out first. ^^; Admittedly, NISA is trying to make sure that Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love a title that would get high marks not only for the game itself, but the quality overall. Because of that, I'm quite interested on how it'll turn out. It looks promising. :'D
