Wei made a sound of unamusement, letting go of the other. "Yeah. I'm going. I've just about had enough with all this 'happy' and 'good spirits' thing." He was grumpy to say the least. All this happy was...kinda making him miserable. He couldn't shake off the idea of doing all the laughing and dragging and gaming and teasing...all of this!...without Ry.

Wei motioned over the stand with the most decorations. "That one's the games booth, from what I've seen you'll have a blast." Of course he couldn't of said the last bit without filling it was sarcasm.

Zach blinked at the other, wondering why... he was leaving now. And why he looked kind of mad. Or maybe ... lonely. It was hard to tell. He vaguely recognized Wei from somewhere, but didn't really remember the other's name.

"Uhm... well, probably I would but... you sure you don't wanna stay for a bit? Show me around?" he asked, choosing to just ignore the sarcasm for the moment. Obviously, there was something more going on here.

Wei gave the other a slow. Long. Blink. Half in bewilderment that his dark vibes hadn't scared this one off yet and half in irritation because it was obvious he didn't want to really stick around much more.

At least he wasn't twitching anymore.

He sighed and took a few long moments to ponder things. Show this kid around and make sure he isn't mauled by the crowd or lay in his bed, under the covers and mope. Hm. "Fine. What's your name kid?" He'd rather not be complete strangers...though...he had a feeling this wasn't the first time they had met. He didn't remember much about the first few days he got here besides the...well hook-up he supposed one would call it.

Zach grinned at that, almost reaching out to take the other's hand in an impulsive sort of move. But he stopped short, figuring that his new 'guide' probably wouldn't appreciate that much. "I'm Zach... I think I kinda remember meeting you before, but it was a while back," he replied. "Like when we first got here..."

Turning slowly, Zach surveyed the festival, eyes lingering on the different booths set up here and there. "So... games first, I guess?" he asked, gaze, flicking back toward Wei.

Bright yellow eyes watched the interplay of the two guys with interest. He sensed, almost physically, the lack of interest in this festival from the one, and wondered why the other didn't as well. He heard them talk, then Zach introduce himself, and followed his gaze before shuddering. It was that loud gaming area, someplace that Dagger didn't have any interest in tagging along to.

He looked back at the dark one, trying to determine where he was going before Zach bounced off of him. He couldn't tell a lot from the path he had walked, but he was still new here and was curious. slowly he detached himself from the shadows along the wall and started down that path, trying to circumspectly circle around the two party-goers.

Scyeth, surprisingly (probably most surprisingly to himself) had remained silent while RuiZhi bumped into More and carried out a little conversation. Strange, as he was possessive of his roommate. Stranger still, as he was familiar with More and rather liked the other blond. (Any boy who learned to skateboard was A-OK in Scy's book.) He yawned a little, zoning out just in time for RuiZhi to say his name.

"...whut?"

Scyeth blinked and shook himself, gripping the small Chinese boy a little harder. He might like More, but More couldn't go making off with his little RuiZhi, thank you very much! Scyeth intended to learn this holiday with his roommate (as said roommate was least likely to make fun of him). As long as More hung out and kept himself to...himself, they'd be okay, though.

"Oh, I already know More." He gave RuiZhi an easy grin. "We met. Rather, collided." His grin got a little sheepish and he flopped his slung arm. He had a lot of accidents. "So what are we gonna do? I wasn't listening."

A steel gaze eyed the almost hand holding. Smart move. He might just earn some entertainment from this. He nodded, not really caring if they had or had not met before. "Weiyuan. Though...most people just call me Wei." Eyes swept the crowd once more, feeling eyes upon him.

Fan girls? He hoped not. There was enough eye candy out here to bother besides him. Though...it didn't quite feel like the fan girl gaze. He shrugged it off before leading way back through the crowd, a hard look upon his face as if it would help him get through. It did.

His gaze passed over Rui and his two blonde companions. Right he was still okay. Always the protective older brother he was. He stood at the outskirts of the crowd, looking at the games before a eyebrow was raised. Alex? He knew she was here but...damn. If she was running the games booth then he would be...wary. Wei turned to the other brunette. "Which one you wanna do first"

Zach nodded at the introduction and grinned, turning toward the game booths. Which one to pick... hmm...

"How about the Whack-a-Mole one?" he asked, rubbing hands together excitedly. "D'you have some tickets..? I think I've got 5 but that's it... I should go and buy some more, maybe."

Wei gaze the other a look. Did he look like the type of person who would be playing Whack-A-Mole? Or just any game in general? No. He didn't. But he did have tickets. Whether that was a good thing or not he didn't know. "You don't have to go buy more. Just stand there looking cute and sad and without tickets and some old lady will probably feel sorry for you and give them to you." It happened. He saw it about...5 times this day. Of course, most of the kids were a bit younger but he didn't think old ladies discriminated that much.

Zack wasn't sure whether to take offense at that, or not. I mean... yea, he'd known in the first place that Wei wasn't in such a good mood. But... "Well, I might try that," he said finally. "But later. For now... I'll go first, then you, ok?" And without even really waiting for an answer, he picked up a mallet and attempted to whack the moles.

Wei smirked a little and stood back watching the other. Gods it was a stupid game. Hitting fake moles. Ha. Americans were so odd. The half-chinese chuckled at the other's mishap. Silently he took the mallet from this other, not really putting too much effort into the game. He was only doing this for Zach's enjoyment. It was a stupid game. Really.

"Um, I," Lexi started, stumbling over her words. She glanced around the area, not really familiar with the place at all. Though that should be obvious since it was the first time she had ever had the opportunity to visit the place. Her cheeks darkened with a small blush. "Perhaps you could give me a tour?" she offered. She didn't enitely expect him to say yes. After all, he probably had more important things to do than show her around.

Merle blinked and looked at Nash a bit wide-eyed. "You're a student here? You're so lucky." Merle smiled again. "I know the feeling. I'm a bit partial to cute things myself. I admit it's one of my vices, to collect cute things." His gray eyes turned back to the newcomer.

"I do believe I am. Though they're definitely male. I'm surprised you hadn't thought myself to be a girl." Merle chuckled a bit. "Though my wearing skirts certainly doesn't do anything for my masculinity." To help make them look more friendly, Merle waved to the young man in the kimono, smile still in place.

He blinked as another voice reacher his hears, a bit timid. Turning quickly to face the owner of the voice, Merle gave a reassuring look. "No worries. I know I'm in that situation a bit, since I got here not too long ago. And it's not an interruption if you'd like to join us? The more the merrier." The girlish boy bowed, since the other wasn't in handshake reach. "I'm Merle Fenglung."

Nash giggled boyishly at Merle, feeling a bit sheepish. "Well I only just started, but I suppose I'm lucky." He wasn't used to praise so took it all in stride as Merle went on. "Cute things are easy to like; they don't give you the willies. Though I generally like to collect music boxes, they fall in the cute things deparment, I'm sure." He confimed with a knowing nod of his head.

He gave Merle a once over noting the boy's girlish qualities. "Yeah I suppose you do look girlish now that I think about it. But hey, to each his own I always say..." He shrugged also joining Merle in waiving the kimono clad boy over. It was only when another had made his appearance that Nash was momentarily distracted.

"I'm Seibehn Nash... I prefer Nash. It's definately a pleasure to meet ya." He gave a genuine smile turning his atteniton slightly to gadge if the other boy were still making his way over. It would have been a shame to lose a new friend so soon.

More turned to Scyeth in time to see him start talking. He smiled, rather embarrassed by the fact that he had not remembered clearly. Maybe his mind wasn't working properly in the lights and music, but regardless, he gave Scyeth a nod and addressed to RuiZhi.

"Scyeth hit into me one day on his skateboard. He kindly offered to teach me how to skate, though, it was really fun." He shrugged and smiled a little. "I suppose Ruizhi here knows how to skate also?"

Scyeth couldn't help but chuckle a little. He shouldn't, More didn't know better, and it was kind of mean to RuiZhi, but seriously. It was a funny thought! RuiZhi on a skateboard? Never in a million years. Oh sure, Scyeth had tried, but that was before he actually knew RuiZhi a little. "Nope," he chirped. "I offered to teach, but he hasn't taken me up on it." The Australian had to wonder if RuiZhi was actually just that busy or if he just didn't want to. Either way was fine.

"I can't go around breaking him," he added, amusing himself terribly. "I mean, who would fix him?" Certainly not Dr. Kenth! Scyeth just wouldn't let that happen, thank you kindly. "Nope. He's probably better off without my fantastic lessons." He had almost killed More anyways, if More didn't bounce back so well. Nope. RuiZhi was definitely safer with his feet on the ground.
