He hit Auron upside the head.
Kibo: It's the way this body was enchanted. If I die, the spirit of my Guardian is instantly manifested at said Kibo's side, and will revive him. I just haven't died yet.

"Annoyed then. You always expected to be able to harm me, perhaps even kill. Thus, it irked you (to say the least) that I could move faster then you. Besides, I've always wanted something to remember you by, when you're long gone and dead. What better way then a scar over my heart?"
