Aki was surprised he was still breathing and left the incubus alone when he moved his seat, but he wasn't going anywhere. "Why do I bother you so much, Rio?" He asked after a long while, looking up from his book.

That was the last straw and Rio grabbed the first available thing, which happened to be a small table, and flung it across the room at Aki. "LEAVE ME BE YOU DAMNABLE CREATURE!!" he roared and stormed out of the Library. Seeing red he made his way through the dizzying hallways of his home, heading towards his room and hopefully some peace and quite.

Aki ducked, avoiding the table, then stuck his tongue out at Rio and returned to his own book. "What a pissant." He growled. Well, there was no getting past the barrier or Rio's door, so it would be pointless to follow him. He'd hafta find the Incubus later. It was kinda funny that he pissed Rio off to the point of raising his voice, throwing things, and storming out of the room.

Rio didn't care how undignified or how funny it was. All he cared about was getting the hell away from Aki and everyone else. Grateful for the barriers on his room, he set the wards to their highest setting, ready to fry the poor fool who disturbed. Once in what he hoped would be the blissful quiet of his room he went to his bed and flung himself down in it, still snarling and growling.

LQ "As I said, it affects demon kind a bit differently. And incubi even more so. In the absence of other nourishment, and nulls, it can provide temporary sustenance though not for long." He finished his tea and set the cup down next to Jerome's before picking up the teapot and holding it out. "Would you care for more?" Jerome sighed, and looked longingly at the teapot. "I would love to, but I can't. I have duties to attend to, I should leave soon." He sounded reluctant, and made no moves to go anywhere, however. Grateful for the barriers on his room, he set the wards to their highest setting, ready to fry the poor fool who disturbed. Once in what he hoped would be the blissful quiet of his room he went to his bed and flung himself down in it, still snarling and growling. And there, on one of Rios couches, lounges a black-clad figure, who completely ignores him as he comes in. He manages to look completely relaxed, but ready to jump up and kill in an instant with the calligraphy brush he's using.

Aki eventually gets bored and decides a little Rio tormenting is in order. He stands and brushes himself off, replaces the book he'd been skimming through, and follows Rio to his room. Seeing the figure already on his couch he scowls and plops down next to him, just watching Rio and ignoring the other figure to the best of his ability.
((Yes, i'm ignoring those security measures cause I've been meaning to torture poor Rio for some time now. If it bugs you he can vanish mysteriously... <.< >.> Or Rio can flip out and kill him.))

Disappointment stole over Sol's face and momentarily clouded the blue of his eyes. "Must you leave so soon?" He tried to hide it, but it did get a bit harder each time the young priest had to go. While he had never cared much for humans, at least from what he had heard of them, Sol found that he truly enjoyed Jerome's company. The other male had an endearing quality to him and was a pleasure to look at. He vehemently ignored the fact that it felt very nice to hear him speak in the language he called French.

Ish -izm Aki eventually gets bored and decides a little Rio tormenting is in order. He stands and brushes himself off, replaces the book he'd been skimming through, and follows Rio to his room. Seeing the figure already on his couch he scowls and plops down next to him, just watching Rio and ignoring the other figure to the best of his ability. The brush stopped in mid-stroke and Aiku turned to the impertinent little creature with a look of vehemence and a raised eyebrow, then to Rio to see what he'll do about it.

Just as Rio felt he could relax, emerald colored eyes zeroed in on the sitting figure like lasers and a snarl rose, unbidden, from the depths of his chest. Without another word he tensed to spring for the other occupant. Here, here was something he on which he could vent the rage and anger that were nearly choking him.
Right before he made his move, he froze, hearing the door open. In stunned disbelief he watched the thing he hated most in the world come walzting into his room like it had every right to be there. His eyes bled to pure red as he turned his head from Aki, to the other person, and back, nearly giving himself whiplash as he tried to figure whom to attack first.

Sensing innately that the boy sitting next to him would have no idea what to do with Rio in a fight, Aiku throws the brush with perfect accuracy to hit Rio square in the forehead and leave a large, black ink smear there and to divert his attention.

Aki had the gall to giggle, out loud, when the brush bounced off Rio's forehead. Oh, he was going to be in trouble, but at least he was quick, and Rio was in a rage. That didn't exactly account for very much accuracy on the Incubus' part. He suddenly liked the figure clad in black, though. Anyone who would help to piss of Rio... It had become the new nature of his game.
(( Aki really is going to die someday, if not during the very next post. I give all permission to off him, if you will xDDD. He's kinda annoying me now... -_-;; ))

Sols eyes widened and he sucked in his breath so sharply he gasped as a shudder ran through him at the priests word. Color stained his cheeks as both his outward reaction, and internal reaction; it felt like there was...something, he didn't quite know how to describe, having never seen nor heard of butterflies. But it felt warm and nice and though unfamiliar, he wouldn't mind feeling it again.

(No killing of charas. XD Brutal maimings...yes please. But no killing)) Dumbly Rio watched the brush coming towards him, his mind refusing to accept that aiku would do such a thing. The soft thump of the brush hitting his head seemed to echo in the room and still Rio could only stare. Cool ink dribbled in a slow line down his face and still he could only stare. Never, never had a servant behaved in such a deliberate and disrespectful manner and he wasn't quite sure what to do. There is no telling how long he would have remained there, frozen in shock, if Aki had not giggled. The irritating sound, made even more so by the fact it was coming from an irritating creature, seemed to snap Rio out of it and once again red glowing eyes locked with murderous intent on the kitsune. Instead of attacking, her gave a slow, rasping hiss, followed by several more and within a few seconds it became apparent that it wasn't hissing, bu Rio whispering in the harsh, guttural language of the demons. The temperature in the room dropped about 20 degrees and the room dimmed as in front of rio, a small, dense ball of blackness so deep it sucked the light in formed. The sheer force of the magic was like a dark, heavy presence, almost like a wet sheet; light enough to not kill, yet still binding and clinging enough to make movement hard.
