Wow, posting already! Welcome!
As for experience/skill (whatever), that's not really a big deal, as long as you enjoy doing it that's all that matters (imo!). I'm not good at any one thing with any RPG Makers, but I love making games, as well as playing with cool scripts, even though I'm pretty clueless about the whole scripting thing.

True. But still, I felt it bore mentioning. xd
And yeah, I like messing with premade (asuming that's what you were reffering to) scripts too, that's usually how I learn to make my own, simpler ones, or how to further modify others. ninja

I'm not too good at actually making scripts from what little I know, but I do like to change things around a bit, to suit my tastes.

Hey, I'm Dark Orophin, or if any of you are members on an RPG Maker based forums, you may know me as ImmortalDreamer. I've been using the RPG Maker programs for 7 years now. I now mainly use VX, although Rm2k3 was the one I used for the longest. I'm currently working on a VX project called Breaking of the World.

Howdy.
Hm, well, i'm a regular at neoseeker's RMXP and VX forums, and a lurker at RPG RPG revolution, and RMXP.org. Been using the makers since XP was first released. I generally only stick around to answer support questions, and have a pretty wide understanding of the makers and their uses(aside from installation errors and RGSS/2)
I'm not active on gaia..well, at all, but if there is enough interest in this guild i'll surely stick around.
I started one RMXP project a year or so ago, however, i hired into another persons duet of a team, and put it on hold ages ago. And then we cancelled the next project, so i went back to basics. Currently running one closed project in RMVX, still working with the scripting side of things for chapter one, but progress is progress eh'?
I guess thats enough to explain where i've been. Where i'm going is a whole 'nother story though.

Aw, I'm glad you joined anyways, even if you're not very active we could really use more people who actually know how to fix problems...and it seems like people could always use help with something (myself included xd ). I lurk around at most of those forums from time to time, as well as a few others, but I generally have no reason to post, so I just keep lurking. smile

Hey, I'm 2ndLtHavoc. I've been using Game Maker for about three years now. I dont know more that a few lines of GML, sadly, but I get a lot accomplished with Drag and Drop. I am currently using version 7.0. I am also currently working on a game called Dungeon. Its an action-puzzle-RPG, and I need people to test what I've got. Its Version 2.1 right now, I am constantly adding to it.

Awesome, another game maker user. Welcome to the guild! whee I'd be happy to be a tester. You should also consider making a project thread for it if you aren't already. Possibly even put up the demo/test for download there. EDIT: NEVERMIND. xd
