Grei was still so stunned by the meeting with the strange group that he almost struck out at the curious little...thing zealously investigating him. However, he saw that she was just amazed by his appearance, and restrained himself. He looked over at the girl who had said she stole a bomb pouch, and was stuc khalfway between believing her and dismissing it as a way for her to get his attention. He decided to investigate. "Now exactly who did you steal this bomb pouch from?" He glanced nervously at the Wolfo-woman, then back at his hammer which was lying on the ground. "And keep in mind I'm a law enforcer, and if you stole from an innocent, it's my job to take you in...unless you can help me find who I'm looking for."

Grei was beyond freaked out. "I'm not going to send you to p-prison..." he took a step back and put his hand in the elf's face. "I don't have time to mess with would-be criminals anyway. I don't even care if you stole the bomb pouch or not, just tell me if you did and if so who from. OK?"
The command in his voice calmed Grei's insides.

Grei noticed that he had scared the girls with just his oversized and grubby hand. Ah well, best not to let them know that he was scared to death of them too...

He answered the taller one's question:
"My hands smell like dirt because I eat rocks. And of course most rocks have dirt on them, right?"

He answered the smaller one's question:
"I need to find a stash of explosives because we're under a bomb threat. A huge percentage of our bombs and raw bomb plants have gone missing, and we need to find them quickly because if we don;t have control over their use, someone else does. And that's bad."

He looked closely at her face and saw she was worried...probably just because he was big and sweaty, and coming off as harsh and pugnacious.

"Alright, listen. We're not gonna fight, because we're not enemies. I'm also very forgiving for a law enforcer from Death Mountain. There's no reason to be nervous. In fact, I think we ought to work together. And by the way, Happy New Year!" As he said the last sentence, ten cherry bombs were catapulted into the air and erupted in yellow and purple.

"The only thing I could think of, rock dweller, is that there was a theft of your people's bomb stash..." The sudden break in silence was startling to her, like she had shattered a mirror into thousands of shards. She paused and looked around from her daydream, the haze of it still in her expression as her eyes gently scanned each unique character and then focused in on the goron, "In the aspect of a criminal in these days so greatly on the verge of a great war, I would beleive your perpetrator would be wanting to sell his or her newly acquired wares." She said after a moment or two of choosing her words carefully. "Unless of course our little theif truely had a malicefull intent, I would suspect the Gerudo tribe of having something to do with this instance." She professed, and grew silent.

Destiny looked over her shoulder and noticed how far away from the group she was. She turned around and dashed back to the group, slidding right next to Amoria as she finished her suggestion to the Goron.

"Well then, Lets go! We gotta find the sage there anyway, right?" She grinned widely. Since the Goron didn't crush her skull when he had the chance, she totally trusted him.

Dentu smoothed out her tail slowly and thoughtfully as the two discussed their thoughts.
