As she continued on her way to follow Shorin she began to doze off again, this time with a memory not of fire, but of ice, and again it was harmless as snow on the ground... assuming it wasn't magicked to do something nasty to someone tresspassing. She had come across one of those a long time ago when she actually had something to fight for and a name. Not that she could really remember those times. Her train of thought continued to switch tracks until she found that she could no longer hear the Dark Elf behind her. She opened her eyes and ran face first into something...

The dwarf saw Nancta and walked over to her. "yeah. i know now too. i didn't want to waste asking Moradin for the way."

Shorin landed about a mile out from the Capital. he smiled, sitting down. he had to rest a bit.

Jax noticed she was a dark elf, but decided to leave it alone.

(umm........ Fighters aren't taught magic. They can't use magic, unless they are a magic class. elves don't have magic by nature.)

After sleeping for a while after walking into a tree- thanking the gods that no one was around to see it- Amethyst had a dilema on her hands. How to get to the city the fats way. Walking would take several hours and she couldn't stay on the same train of thought for too long. Running would get her there much faster but she would be exhausted afterwords...
She decided to run. It got her to where she needed to be and she doubted that Lord Shorin would stay awake for too long. She could get a quick nap in when she arrived.
She arrived at the gates abut two hours later, panting from the long run. Without hesitating she climbed the nearest tree and fell asleep.

Shorin sat outside the Temple, out on the steps. he wasn't sure what to do, since Jax wasn't here yet.

Nancta cheerfully loped after the other elf all the way to the city. It had been hard to keep herself from laughing evilly when Amethyst had hit the tree, but she had managed somehow. It was nice to be running through the forest again, just to run, not being chased by anything or anyone.
The dark elf slowed as the end of the forest was reached. If she went out now anyone could see her, though not any of her dark qualities. Torn between fear and logic, Nancta lept and straddled a branch in a nearby tree to wait for Shorin to find Amethyst, asleep as she was.

Amethyst fell asleep in the leaves so she couldn't see out side. At first she thought that she wouldn't have dreams and then in the darkness inside her eyelids she heard a voice calling to her.
Amethyst! Do you know what this is? It will live in your memory forever. As will I...
the dream was interrupted by another thought. I'm starving!
She realized that she hadn't eaten in about two weeks. She brushed off the feeling andclimbed down the tree walking towards the city.

Nancta quietly jumped down from her surrogate tree and followed elf #2. Why not? Better go in with someone else than go in alone. Buddy system. Not that Amethyst liked her in the least, but still, the illusion comforted the dark elf slightly.

Amethyst stopped hearing someone behind her. She turned with her crossbow in hand... ((deja vu! nevermind)) To seethe Dark Elf from before following her.
"Well if you wanted to come with me you could hae asked. But you didn't so what do yu want?"
They'll take what they can but be careful because they won't hesitate... Another riot of memories swept over her but she pushed it to the far reaches of her mind so that she could concentrate on the dark elf in front of her. She lowered the crossbow a little but was still ready to fire if she became less than friendly.
