Its like watching the episode of Gundam Wing where the Deathscythe stops the G Wing's self destruct timer by stabbing the back of the G Wing with his beam scythe while underwater. A beam weapon being used underwater is not valid in the realistic U.C. timeline.
Shiro Amada and Aina Sahkala (dunno how to spell teh last name) from MS 08th Team use the beam saber of the RX-78 [G] Gundam to melt a spot of ice by raising the power that goes into the beam saber and then apply it to the spot of ice chosen. The beam saber is cancelled out by the temperature of the ice, which in turn is melted and is used as a make shift jaccuzi due to the heat of the beam saber.

Yeah I got that but did they go lounge in the water after? I honestly couldn't see a gundam meister doing such a thing but thinking on it ^.^ That'd be really funny. HA I'd have probably found a new favourite pilot.

not necessarily is it a gundam miester but a pilot.
yeah they got into the makeshift jacuzzi for the purpose of bringing up the heat in their bodies due to the cold climate of a mountain summit.
