The anime have 2 seasons, the manga is just one long thing.

It would seem that I overlooked something. In the beginning of the first manga, it specifically states that the manga is based off the animes Ai Yori Aoshi and Ai Yori Aoshi: Enishi. In other words, the manga is just both parts into one manga.
