"Please, this is a gift. You do not need to pay me back." Morgan finished her meal as well. "I'm going to bed now. Remember, room seven. Like this," she drew a '7' on a scrap of a flyer she'd found in town today. "Good night."

She made her way to the room. She shut the door, and sat on the bed. "Okay, now, who are you, and why were you in that alley?" she demanded.

She nodded her head. Seven was not such a hard number to remember. She decided she wanted to go to sleep soon, she had never gotten a good night sleep that she could remember, so she was going to take this opportunity to go to bed early and wake up late.

As the door closes behind them, Barelai would release the illusionry magic cast upon him and the other two muses. They'd then go and hover just above the bed momentarily before coming to rest upon it altogether.

"Don't suppose you'd believe me to be a traveling wishmaker would you?" Benkei asks with a heavy sigh. "Fine, long story short; I was assassinated long before your time...or so my killers believe. My body was destroyed and the flurry of magics in the air bound my soul to this particular gemstone. From then on I was picked up by those who found me, lost, misplaced, dropped from all things imaginable, I even spent nearly a decade at the bottom of the sea once."

Alyrianna nodded towards the server, excusing herself to her room. She found the staircase that leads to a hall that leads to a row of rooms. Of course, she was not so good with reading, but she had taken it upon herself to learn the english numbers while in her home country. She had in mind that numbers were a big part of this new life. Walking down the hall she counted: "One...two...three...um...four...ikke fortell meg...five...si-si-sit? No, no, six, and...Je l'ai trouvé! Seven!" She knocked on this door timidly.

((Not much has happened. I took the 'talking rock', went back to the inn/tavern and helped the little homeless girl.))

Morgan took in the rock's story. It was improbable, but not impossible. She decided to believe it until a different explaination was given. "Okay, I guess I don't mind having a new necklace." Then she heard a knock on the door, so she put the necklace in her pocket and opened the door. It was her new friend.

"Hello. You must be tired. Come in. You can have whichever bed you like." Morgan said, as she let the girl in.

((Ok thanks!))

Rosette sighed after haggling with the merchant for quite some time, and walked away. She looked around and noticed to her dismay that Clink and Cringe were missing. So she called for them.

"I hope they haven't gotten themselves into any kind of trouble," she muttered, shaking her head. Willow flew in a small circle before spotting them and directing her master's attention to where the two were comming toward them.

"You made missy Rose worried. Don't do that anymore," Willow scolded harshly. Cringe "hmph"ed and returned to his spot in Rosette's purse.

"I sorry," Clink murmured apologetically.

Jin looks around as he walks along a small road near the shore. He sits down under a tree and pulls out his sketch book. "Hm...I think this will be a good place. Don't you guys think?"

Kryola pulls out a crayon from Jin's bag. As usealy she looks like she is having trouble because its heavy for her. "You should use this color!" She said knowing he doesn't understand.
Fray sits ontop of Jins head "You know he doesn't understand us." She blows around Jin's hair trying to tell him that its a perfect place to draw. She notices that Kiss flew off up onto the tree above Jin. "Kiss! Come back here!"
Kiss flies away from Fray. "Neverrrrr!!! I want Jin to play with me!" She does a jump down and lands on Jin's sketch book. Kiss grabs some of Jin's hair and tries to pull. "Come come! Lets play!"

Jin just laughs and notices the crayon and takes it.
"This color? I guess it will be good."
He draws a bit and notices Fray getting of his head. He looks up and notices Kiss up there in the tree's
"You should just let her play Fray. It looks as if she is enjoying her self." He looks back down at his book and draws a bit until Kiss drops onto it. "Oh?" He notices that kiss is trying to pull him. "Did you want to play Kiss?" he puts his sketch book down and runs after Kiss trying to catch her. "Ill get you just watch."

Rosette sighed, investigating the marketplace for anything worth buying. So far nothing. She sighed heavily. Oh well, there was always tomorrow. So she started heading back home, her red dress swaying elegantly around her. Clink was as usual destracted by everything shiny, but Willow managed to keep him on mostly on track. Cringe stayed in her purse, glowering at the world outside.

((writer's block, sorry))

"Now, there we go. All patched up."

Doctor Robert Maxworth smiled at the young child who had been brought in for his sprained ankle.

"Thank yooou."

"You're welcome, kiddo. Now mom, you better take care of him. Keep ice on it three times a day and make sure he stays off that foot as much as possible."

"Thank you Doctor. We'll be in touch."

"Take care."

Dr. Maxworth waved farewell as his patients walked out the door of his home. He always conducted his business from his own house. It was a moderately sized place, though far larger than its intended denizen of one person. He passed his retired gun rack and sword display and sat down on his couch, staring out the window across the little island that he had made his home.
In the time he had spent here, he had felt at peace, his three muses, Jezi, Carmani, and Amidreth all felt at ease. He was a doctor who cared for the people around him.

Seventy-Two... It's really been that long.. *sigh*

He just wished he would have someone actually visit him non-business related. It got lonely with just he and his muses.

((erm.. is this RP dead?))
PostPosted: Thu Apr 17, 2008 8:24 am

Agrotera stood at the edge of the treeline, watching the people, mostly humans, going about thier days in the town. She had been in the woods a few days near here, and was thinking about shifting back to her normal form to explore. She would, eventually.
Her little muse Ash flitted about her head, making soft sounds like thunder in the distance. He was calm and cool as she was, as he floated down to sit between her ears to hold on to her fur, his fire cool and dark colored at the moment. Simi with her iridescent colors was whirling about her head excitedly, her flute like voice humming to some song she had been singing all day along with Din, whose voice of drums was singing along to create an unusual tune. Both stopped to flit about at the end of her muzzle, and she blew a puff of breath at the two. They dispersed, laughing, before whirling around her legs and paws as she sat in the tall grass.
Agrotera made a rather large wolf, her head reaching about four feet high standing tall, her shoulders around three feet. She was pure black from head to toe, with green eyes that faded to gold around the center. With a regal bearing she sat and eyed the village for a few minuted before turning to bound off in the woods. Her muses laughed and twinkled, hanging on to her fur as she dashed along.
"Fast, yes!", Simi's flute like voice called out to the others in excitement. They made sounds of agreement and held on tightly.

Deeper into the forest she could hear other wolves and smell thier scent. The sun was past halfway down, which meant it was late afternoon, and the night creatures were stirring. She caught the scent of human, and curiosity overwhelmed her. A human so far into the forest? How strange.. Turning at her muse's excited urging, she followed the scent of human, which seemed to be heading towards the wolf pack. She bounded over a fallen log and lifted her nose to the air, letting out a long haunting howl. There was a new wolf in the territory, and she would not burst upon the other pack unknown. They would know her before she got there, she was a loner, they would know. She knew wolves and animals too well, and she did not fight with them. As thier answering howls raised on the wind her muses all chimed out at the sound, and she howled again in answer. The smell of human and horse was stronger, and she realized she must be close. She tuned in to follow the scent, running with her body low to the ground, a black blur as she sped towards the human.

(( Not dead, just writers block darling, it happens. I figured this was a marvelous place to start as any, so poof, here I am! La, rolleyes 3nodding ))

As the ragged looking girl from before began to enter the room, Benkei would immediately clam up from within the gem. The other two of his muses gather together with Barelai in a corner of the room and, witht he help of Barelai's illusionary magic, disappear from sight altogether.

(( Marvelous but,...
Perhaps there should be a point to this Rp?? Like, a big quest, adventure, mishap, you know? Something that will pull all of the characters together and give a lead, instead of everyone just randomly going around without a clue what to do.. Thats why most Good Rps die, since everyone loses interest without a point.
There's no plot to this Rp, its really cool, an awesome idea really. But, whats the plot?? Perhaps I simply missed it, and if so, someone please point it out to me. But I do not think there is one, or else its that everyone else missed it too, la.
Example:- In another Rp, there are missions for each group of mercenaries, everyone can continue even when others dont get online everyday... Nobody gets bored.
Theres no point!! Come on darlings, think of something. I do not want to see this one get going with starts and stops for six pages and die. ))
