luffy gave his life to save his crew?

Then that would defeat Usopp's whole purpose of surpassing his daddio.
What if Luffy met his Mom but didn't know it and then we all find out it was that that women was his Mom all along O_o;?

No. and even if it was so then all the characters would be confused. Like how the heck Dragon got interested in something besides global revolution
