Dionysus or Bacchus Javier Cross Mnemosyne Moneta Javier Cross dolphin_fanatic478 Poseidon. I love the ocean. heart Here's a bonus point for you here. Most of the Argonauts, or at least half of them, consisted of Poseidon's demigod children! ^_^ Now if only i can recall all their names. If you're saying Theseus, I must disagree with you, there. His father, the King of Athens, said that once he was old enough, he'd be able to lift the rock. The King disappeared from Aethra to go back to Athens, and Theseus grew up and lifted the rock. Although, many myths from the Theseus tale like Phaedra's death, for example, need to show that he was a son of Poseidon, as Theseus called for a sea monster. I meant Theseus' half-siblings on the Argo whose names i can't recall, if it helps. sweatdrop Yah, where did get him from? The Theoi site mentions how its said that at least half the crew of the Argo are among King Poseidon's demigod children, if it helps, Prince Dionysus.

lexcee1 well, Herakles and Eros r not gods they r minor gods. (i hav 2 mythology books 2 prove it) they were treated like gods so u may concider it. and its not Apollon its Apollo (mythology book and i looked it up) my favourite gods r Poseidon, and Hermes. And where exactly is the line drawn between these gods? Eros and Herakles were prominent enough in the Olympian hierarchy to be listed alongside the Dodekatheon. Even Zeus was helpless to resist the power of Eros, while Herakles was the greatest hero and champion in classical myth, so much so that Zeus apotheosized him as he lay on his funeral pyre. Apollo is the Latinized form of the Greek Apollon, which has its roots in 'Ἀπόλλων', meaning 'Destroyer' (a throwback to his most important originating function as a dealer of plague and sickness). I prefer to use the original forms of the name transliterated from Greek to English, rather than using the Roman Anglicized versions. You'll notice me using Kerberos instead of Cerberus, Polydeukes instead of Pollux, Hephaistos instead of Hephaestus and so on.

Artemis, goddess of the moon and the hunt. I mean, everyone says that Athena is chaste, but Artemis bows to NO man!

I'm stuck between Hades and Dionysos. Hades I fell in love with the moment I read about the brothers. And I've been into Theatre since I was 4-5 so Dionysos is a given. Though I do have a bit of a soft spot for Ares too.

Though I do have a bit of a soft spot for Ares too. I can agree on that much, although personally i'd also credit Poseidon, personally. I wouldn't forget about crediting Ares for having to hunt down and slay the guy who attempted to rape one of his own daughters, and having to defend himself at court, for that matter, since both of those took more guts than i'm sure i can manage, under normal circumstances.
